Amazing view! The highest point of the island. There is a good paved road leading uphill. It's a little hard to go up. On the way there are cats (well, where without them))). But at the top, the persistent and inquisitive will have a crazy view of the island itself, spread out below, the neighboring islands and the continent, as well as the endless Marmara Sea and the boats below. In addition, there is an inexpensive cafe with cats, seagulls, jackdaws - all practically tame and they will be happy to keep you company at the table. And also the monastery itself is not big but active. You can come in and join. Agree, there are not many places that can give so many positive emotions. I advise everyone. The only recommendation is to choose a sunny day and not very hot. We were on 03.10.2018, + 23 is optimal.
