It's just awful. There are no other words! The discount even before March 8th is only 10%. The service is at zero. EVEN a simple small plastic bag with the company's logo is PAID - 10 tenge. 😂 Either the company is very greedy or the company is so bad that they even want to cash in on these 10 tenge for a bag🤔 the cashier , after taking the payment , did not even ask if I needed a package! Until I asked myself where the bag was. I bought a perfume for 35,000 tenge as a gift.!!! And only then I found out that this bag is paid, So don't count on some kind of gifts like a probe. They even have a paid package, I think this company needs to reconsider its approaches to customers. After all, the prices there are not cheap, and the assortment wants the best!!! And also work with sellers and cashiers. Because they meet by their clothes!!! You'll lose all your customers so soon. That's why I love shopping at the French House! There are discounts from 30 to 50% and above. And a branded paper bag as a gift and a bunch of samples will be given, and the staff is very polite and correct!!! So there is someone to take an example from. I went to monami just so that the presented certificate would not disappear. And so no longer with my foot. It's better to go to the French House!!!
