A wonderful hotel!!! High level of service, cleanliness, always high-quality fresh food, the staff is very polite and focused on the guests, always friendly and positive. I rest in this hotel periodically (for the 4th time already) and I want to say that in many good 5 * there is no such thing as here. The main contingent is Germans, 98%, but I like being in this society more than with Tagil. Germans are cultured, open, intelligent. If you need a party hotel, then this is not an option, but if you want a quiet, high-quality stay in a small cozy hotel, you will not regret coming here.

Wonderful hotel!!! The staff is great, caring, smiling! We were met at the reception by Halil, a very friendly guy who speaks Russian. We knew that 90% of the vacationers were Germans and this did not bother us at all, on the contrary, we remembered German lessons at school). The attitude towards us was the same as everyone else and even better) It depends only on us!
The food is very varied and delicious, including ice cream, waffles, gozleme, night soup. We are not experts in drinks, but we liked the wine, beer and cocktails. The road to the sea is 3 minutes, a quiet, shady street, with almost no transport. The beach is clean, well-groomed, a bar and full meals on the beach, drinks are served. The sea is warm, beautiful, very shallow, a river flows in and sometimes cool currents, but in the heat it's even cool! There is an opportunity to visit the Fun park of the neighboring hotel: 2 water slides, mini golf, a very cool place. The rooms are small, but clean, tidy, with a balcony. There is animation. There are evening shows every evening except Sunday. Animator Anna is a very cheerful and sociable girl. There is no disco as such, but whoever wants to, he (like me) will dance. Almost every dinner is themed: Turkish night, Italian cuisine, Turkish wedding, etc. The territory is decorated, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, the employees are dressed in accordance with the theme. We already miss you and thank all the staff and the management of the hotel for our wonderful stay!!!

We had a family vacation for 5 hours. I really enjoyed the rest. The territory is small, 2 lines, but there is everything. The rooms are small but cozy and clean. We checked in right away, before lunch. The hotel itself is also well maintained, bars, swimming pools, animations, playgrounds, swimming pool. The staff speaks Russian and German. It's a 3-minute walk to the sea. There is also a swimming pool and a water slide next to the sea. A little further to the left in the river from the bridge in the morning you can watch the turtles. So beautiful promenade along the sea and hotels. Separately, we can say about nutrition. That's something!!!A variety of dishes. Lots of meat and fish.😋 Not like in many hotels, chicken)).
Fruit. Ice cream on the beach. You can have lunch at the hotel and in a cafe by the sea
The hotel is 4* but can safely argue with some 5* rooms. There are a lot of foreigners, Europeans. Many people come here several times. That says a lot. Thank you for a pleasant stay!!!🤗

The three of us stayed at this hotel in August of this year. We really liked everything. We were accommodated in a four-bed room, cleaning, towels and bed linen were changed every day. The staff is so responsive, attentive, helpful. The food was varied, everything was fresh, lots of fruits, pastries, and there were a lot of sweet dishes. There were seafood, different drinks, juices. The only thing that caused some inconvenience was not knowing the language. But, there was a Russian-speaking girl Peri at the reception, she helped us a lot and many thanks to Aziz. The beach is very close, a few minutes walk away, the beach is sandy, the sun beds were always free. Ice cream, drinks on the beach are free at certain hours. Since most of the vacationers were Germans, the entertainment programs were in German. As it was, everything was just wonderful, we were satisfied with the rest. Thanks a lot to all the hotel staff!

We are currently vacationing at this hotel... This is a great hotel! The food is very varied, better than in some fives, a children's menu, a themed dinner several times a week.Cleaning every day, changing the bed, towels, and even the swans will be screwed... The staff is responsive, a Russian-speaking girl, Paris, works at the reception, she will always help and tell you.We checked in on my birthday, a cake was brought to our room and the bed was decorated..

We stayed at this hotel from 07/17/2022-07/23/2022 , read the reviews and thought we should like it, but alas, no miracle happened. To begin with, the rooms for 2 people are very small, the double bed is narrow no more than 140 cm wide, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The food is monotonous and it is clear that they save a lot, canned seafood and there is no fresh fish. The sweets are very simple, which does not arouse interest in trying them.There are fruits, but the most delicious are watermelons, cherries are not ripe. THERE are a lot of Germans, which is extremely unpleasant when watching evening shows, since everything takes place only in German.This is not the first time we have vacationed in this region only in 5 stars and we liked it, so we decided to try 4 stars and were disappointed. DID NOT MEET OUR EXPECTATIONS.
Good afternoon, everyone.
We arrived at the hotel on September 18th.I chose the hotel for a long time , and I was bribed by the high rating .
In short, we are not thrilled with the hotel.The territory is small , especially with children there is nothing to do.
The food is... well , for an amateur .There is a lot of food , mainly chicken , turkey , Fish is not always tasty .
Room .. 3205 is not big but clean and cozy , It is not well located , there is a grill where everything is fried and all the smells and smoke are palpable , and plus speakers with animation a hellish roar !!!
The air conditioner in the room cools normally during the day , only makes noise at night , but does not cool .If you open the balcony , you will wake up the mullah with your call .
The contingent! Very elderly Germans , If not for the compatriots of a couple of families with whom they communicated , then you can die of boredom in 15 days .
Animation is such a primitive! Both adult and children 's .
The beach is a wide coastal strip , but where there are sunbeds , they stand close together .
There are a lot of people at sea , someone said " Like in Anapa " I agree!
We went to the right , it 's freer there .
The staff at the hotel is excellent, any request is fulfilled immediately.
And the last thing … A lot of children and adult men were sick with intestinal infection .This is the first time we have done this in 10 years of travel . The child fell ill on the second day of arrival , and on the last day, severe vomiting.
There were 7 of us , so four got sick , including a child .
Another family with a small child left by ambulance.

We are resting at the Maupassant 4* hotel in Side. We bought into the high rating and good reviews.. Alas, the hotel disappointed.. We knew that the hotel was old and not close to the sea, we were ready.. We are travelers without whims and do not look for negativity. We almost always like everything. We are vacationing in Side for the sixth time (Miramare beach, Prencess Side, Diamond Elite, The Raga, Seamelia...) and everything has always been on top. Now they took their daughter's family with them, paid 475 thousand for two rooms with a flight from Moscow for 12 days.. And, frankly, I'm ashamed that I was persuaded to come here...
the food is ugly!! We are not waiting for pickles, but everything is fried in old oil (it stinks) yes, there were salmon steaks, but grilled in burnt oil (I did not think that you could spoil it like that..) chicken parts taste the same... We came to clean the room at two or three o'clock in the afternoon, when everyone is resting from the heat. They were limited to wiping the floor. They took all the towels while they were on the beach and did not bring anything, they wiped the children with T-shirts. My husband went to the reception (fortunately, there are no problems with German and English) and asked to bring it.. Zero(!!!!!!!) emotions! A day later, they found the cleaners and asked them to bring them. Usually the reaction (the cleaning manager) is quick... This indicates the work of the staff.. Upon check-in, as always, we had a good present and a letter of recommendation from Tophotels... The Apex representative, having learned that we would not take excursions (it was hot and 41 ° outside, me and the children), lost all interest in us..We decided to buy an individual transfer through our tour operator so that there would be no problems. I usually write good (and sometimes enthusiastic) reviews... But this trip was disappointing.
I will NEVER recommend this hotel to my friends and just kind people
! There are many good and very good hotels in Side for the price!

I was on vacation with my family in June 2021. I liked everything. The staff is responsive, almost everyone understands Russian. The food and service are excellent. The animation is a bit lame. The main group of tourists are Turks, then Germans, then Russians and Ukrainians with Belarusians.

The air conditioner is broken in the room for almost a day, 3 times they came to the reception with a request to see the air conditioner (2-storey room), they said they were repairing, it took 12 hours, the air conditioner does not work. It's just disgusting, they ruined the whole impression of a vacation. I will not recommend it to anyone. We could have offered a different room if the air conditioner is out of order or repaired all day. They didn't. Very bad.

I liked everything very much: the food is excellent, various animations, including in Russian, beautiful two-storey family rooms, there are elevators, your own beach, which, however, you have to walk about 5 minutes, but there is a kitchen constantly working on the beach and you can always have a snack.. The beaches are being cleaned.. There were no insects in the rooms..

Food 5 - meat (without soy) and fish are eaten every day, whiskey of acceptable quality.
Service 3 is a solid well-deserved top three. There is service, but one or two waiters are not enough for a hundred people.
Beach 4 - three minutes walk to the beach. The shore is sandy, the water is cloudy with the presence of algae, the bottom is flat with a very slow depth gain.
Rooms 4 - there are no view rooms, there is no toothpaste, brush, razor, bathrobes and slippers in the rooms.
Overall impression 4 is a boring hotel even for families with children. The hotel is primarily aimed at pensioners.
