A small hotel, only 12-15 rooms, but very cozy and quiet. The apartment on the second floor has a bedroom + living room-kitchen, both rooms are of good size, a huge balcony.
It's 10-15 minutes to the sea, it's okay to walk.
Within walking distance there are several shops, cafes, rental of everything that goes.
Check-in dates: April 11-20
Nice hotel. We were at the end of April. The weather was rainy, but it did not spoil the rest at all. The breakfast is very decent, and lunch and dinner were prepared by ourselves. We took the 101 bus to Kava Greco, saw the sights, and continued the route to the Metro store. I advise you to buy food there for the whole time and no longer go to small supermarkets. We bought fine fresh fish, cheese, olives, vegetables, and wine in the Subway. We took the bus to the hotel. We had 5 days, decided to live economically, did not go to restaurants. Within walking distance of the cave of St. Thekla, archaeological excavations of an ancient Greek burial, the monastery of Ayia Napa, the embankment. The nature is very beautiful, poppies have bloomed, a lot of yellow and blue flowers. There are not many people in the hotel. Silence, peace, solitude. If you are tired of the city, come here and at this time of the year.
It's a great place. Quiet, cozy. Which is the most important thing. The water in the pool is seawater.

I didn't like the room - the furniture, bed linen, towels, walls are all dirty, shabby and in need of renovation. The windows, which also have access to the terrace, had to be closed tightly, because the hotel restaurant and a pedestrian path are 3 meters away.. because of this, they sat with artificial lighting day and night. The Wi-Fi was off all the time.
The hotel itself is not bad, located near a good beach, a supermarket nearby. Delicious breakfasts. To the center by taxi 7 - 10 min.
