Hello! I visited this place earlier, it was very tasty, yesterday I decided to invite my friends to eat manti and generally have a good time, but unfortunately the evening was ruined.
To begin with, no one met us at the entrance to the establishment, provided that the establishment was half empty, 3-4 tables were occupied.
They began to place an order, the waiter surprisingly does not know the menu at all. Okay, the order was placed according to the menu, we accepted it.
The first red flag is that they brought coffee with a floating midge... A friend is not in conflict, he pulled it out.
The hot stuff was brought to us cold for some reason.. although the waiter said that it was brought immediately after cooking.. but I doubt that the set of potatoes, croutons and sausages could have cooled down to a cold state while the waiter was carrying the dish..
For some reason the shrimps were brought boiled, not fried as the order was originally made, but in the correspondence the director said that "he does not see the difference between boiled and fried", although I think that at least their price is different.
The next ones bring manti "WITH BEEF AND CREAMY GARLIC SAUCE" but they brought them with KETCHUP AND MAYONNAISE.. there is a photo.
After talking to the administrator about all the mistakes they made and hinting at at least a small discount on the order, we were refused. After some time, they came up to us and offered pizza and tea at the expense of the establishment, although I think it would be more profitable for the establishment to make a discount, so you can think about the quality of pizza))
Since this situation disappointed me very much, I decided to share it in the Instagram story, and of course this restaurant answered me)) Where, of course, they tried to shame me for my review) In their opinion, I wanted to "assert myself through a review" though! initially, I did not plan to write a review for the public, but alas, the director's attitude towards his clients is simple, excuse me p***ec)
