A bright, clean, beautiful place. Delighted with the staff, any day, at any time, a smile makes you smile) The desserts are delicious, beautiful, the breakfasts are hearty and also very aesthetic. The coffee is classic, good. Efforts are visible and the place is developing for the better. Seasonal drinks are interesting, lemonades have sunk into my soul) I'm waiting for autumn as soon as possible to try out evenings with a projector. I advise for those who want to sit and chat, just have a snack or a hearty meal, take desserts home or grab coffee and cookies and run about their business. In the evening, the light falls especially beautifully at sunset, so I'm ready to come just for it and sit with a glass of water for hours. Pleasant little things add comfort. 2. Expensive. The cocktail is delicious, but it doesn't cost 11 rubles.
3. There are no napkins on the table. How should a guest wipe their hands after cakes or sweets? Or wet your lips after coffee?
4. There is no place in the toilet where you can hang your bag.
In general, it is not recommended to visit. Nothing interesting.

Guys, if you're in a hurry, then this place is definitely not for you. There is absolutely no maintenance work. Lightning was supposed to be the place where you can have breakfast for 20-30 minutes and run on about your business. We stopped for breakfast before the airport, waited for the order for 50 minutes with the hall half empty, although we initially asked how long the order would be prepared. The young man said 20 minutes. Even the coffee had to wait 40 minutes. If we had known, we wouldn't have spent so much time on this. I see this for the first time, considering that this is a cafe. A complete disappointment. The interior, the variety of menus and desserts - like. But wait that long?Either there are not enough staff, or the guys do not understand how to set up the work... they did not understand. As a result, the long wait forced us to quickly call a taxi to the airport and eat a sandwich on arrival absolutely cold, where the melted camembert cheese should have been ... By the way, the prices are above average. I do not recommend(((

We ordered an eclair, a sandwich and three coffees.
With the hall almost empty, they waited for a sandwich for 20-25 minutes. Two coffees were made in 10 minutes, one was replaced with an eclair due to the lack of a tonic (why not check availability when ordering?). The most interesting thing is that the eclair was never brought from the Order, and I safely forgot about it.
I'm not sure, but it seemed that someone from the staff was smoking an electronic cigarette in the place where the food is being prepared.
I am surprised by the quality and speed of the staff, despite the fact that 3-4 people work.
It seems that this is not the place where you can safely drink coffee and have a snack. The coffee shop does not live up to its name at all)

Eclairs and drinks are delicious, but the rest of the food is the trouble. Firstly, they cook for a very long time, you wait like in a restaurant, and this is with a minimum landing. Secondly, the price clearly does not match the quality of the dishes. Here it is necessary either to reduce the price or to raise the quality. For example, a big breakfast should be really big, so as not to stay hungry after it)

The drinks are great, I won't take any more desserts. At first, one employee says that unsold desserts are always written off in the evening on the first day of sale, and a little later another employee says that usually all eclairs are sold for two days. A little later, I threw away the spoiled currant truffles, which are at least 100% weeks old. And today I bought four eclairs, of which two were with sour cream, one was terribly twisted and with wooden dough, and only the fourth was fresh. All these eclairs have been taken repeatedly, we can compare them with their normal condition. Disappointed.
Upd:
1. It is necessary to teach employees about partial refunds. Situations where, for example, 5 dishes are served, but only 4 are given, have already been repeatedly. When paying with a card, money is refunded for the dish not made in cash (hello, violation of cash discipline and inconvenience for the guest)
2. You order two coffees, wait for them for 20 minutes (!), and then you find out that one coffee was made the wrong one. You wait another 10 minutes, you come home with one cold coffee)
3. The promise to make a dish or drink in 10 minutes, and give it back in 25 minutes is in the order of things. And it's not about a technical discovery, it's just that you need to work with the staff a little and train them. Benevolence will never overcome fierce unprofessionalism.
4. Yes, even a trifle in the form of the absence of a normal size that does NOT open with your hand)) and the trash in the bathroom standing where it is needed affects the overall impression) A small trash can on the delivery is also needed. I think not only me, but also the staff are tired of taking the packaging from the tube from me every time. Unnecessary actions, wasted time and attention of an employee, an outstretched hand from behind the counter.. In general, you understand))
The concept of the institution is excellent, I sincerely wish it success, but so far since its opening it has only been marking time and does not seem to see the vectors of development. No visit is complete without sad remarks.
