They took another 15 thousand and promised to send online documents about repairs and at least some kind of guarantee. After my call, on the third day, they sent me an invoice for receiving this thing with letters and numbers.
After my call with a request to send me really documents about the repair of the refrigerator and a request to polish the scratches, I received an answer that the refrigerator was old (it was 12 years old) and they just stopped talking to me.
