It's a rusty pipe sticking out of the ground. There are a lot of annoying insects nearby, because the streambed is not equipped with a normal stream. And, to be honest, the water quality is incomprehensible.
It is better not to go by car to the stream itself, leave it a few dozen meters away, where you can turn around. And it's better not to go there at all ;)
