There are no basic things like napkins, paper towels and toilet paper in the houses. The dishes are all of different grades and incomplete. When ordering a house, the staff also does not tell what services are included in the payment, what the house is equipped with. It seems as if we have come to our dacha and should know everything for ourselves. Two stars only for the children's complex, barbecue and swing near the house
