In my personal opinion, as in all polyclinics of the Republic of Belarus, receptions that are on "sick leave" are not properly organized. As for the tests, they could have extended this test time to 12 o'clock in the afternoon and not to 10 o'clock (as far as I remember).
The horror is terrible. There is not a single doctor of the highest category in the women's clinic. We overlooked preeclampsia-stroke at 40 weeks.
It is impossible to get to a therapist.
The phone is constantly busy, I can't get through.
The staff is angry and boorish.
There are many shortcomings that no one corrects.
Everything is fast and to the point. Of course, there are a lot of people at the reception in the morning, but the queue is moving fast. There are no questions for doctors and managers at all) THANK you for your work)
Horror. There are no narrow specialists, there are eternal queues, services are only paid, free ones cannot be achieved at all. Even those tests are paid, although in other clinics they are free of charge.
Disgusting. It's exactly 9.15. I have a ticket to Dr. Pashkovskaya for 9 o'clock, and she sees a patient who has a ticket for 8.25. And so on all the time.
What can we say about politicians in our state?
Thanks to the doctors and the honey.to the sisters. These are the best people! Let's keep silent about the rest.
