however, the polyclinic as a polyclinic, until today I could not say anything bad! Indeed, the work of the registry leaves much to be desired! in my example: I call a doctor at home today, as usual, they ask for the name and symptoms. I replied: I have a temperature of 37.5 (later it turned out that 37.7, but this is not relevant), but they give me: and you can come to her with such a temperature yourself. Well, yes, they do not know about avoiding large crowds (on recommendation), and that each person tolerates the temperature individually. In general, they haven't heard about deontology at all!
Nothing special, they just sent an asymptomatic person to pulmonology with baranovirus...after 1.5 weeks, they were released with a diagnosis of unconfirmed caronovirus infection!!!!(Besides, with someone else's statement))) and killed by immunity.
After all, we are treated according to WHO (World Health Organization) protocols. So be careful...Autumn is ahead!
To be honest, this is the first time I've encountered this! I called an ambulance on April 1, refused to go, sent a call to the clinic! The therapist came, asked what I was being treated for, told me to continue treatment and come to an appointment on April 5 .....ok, I came, although I couldn't walk on my own..She allegedly extended her sick leave..... on April 14, the sick leave was closed! I give it to him at work, and there the head discovered that he has been open since April 5 ...... ie, I get 2 days of absenteeism......I'm going to the clinic now.... they didn't allow me to work
The orthopedic doctor prescribed me the R - gene of the joint. At the 9th polyclinic (at the place of residence), they refused me, they said that I should take a number to my district therapist, sit in line, and if the therapist "gives the go-ahead", then only then will they give me the R-gene. There is another option - to do research on a paid basis. Then the therapist's permission is not required!!!??? Two conclusions suggest themselves. 1-do our district doctors have little of their own work at the reception? 2-does the management of the polyclinic doubt the professionalism of the doctors of the medical centers, so the district police officers should double-check their appointments? An interesting fact is that in other polyclinics of our city such questions do not arise, the doctor's advisory opinion is enough.
This clinic has a problem with the work of the registry. Or it always gets to me that they lose something, confuse it in the wrong place, they can give a ticket, not to say that it is misleading. In general, we need to work on this issue. Basically, the doctors are all attentive, they look, recommend and treat well. Naturally, it happens not very often, but less often, which is very pleasing. Eternal queues are everywhere, so I'm not complaining much. Moreover, it is clear how the management is working to resolve this problem. The minus is that a lot of ultrasound and tests have to be taken for a fee, the question is, where is our free medicine? In general, the score is above average but not excellent, which is also good.
The polyclinic is very good, you can take a coupon for any convenient time, and there are paid services and free FLK is excellent and there is a specialist there who liked it very much and many other doctors and the day hospital is very good and the specialists there are what you need.I recommend
Previously (before viruses), the polyclinic was at a good level, and after many doctors left, it is difficult to get there to the right doctor (even for people with disabilities). Lack of specialists. I believe that they left because their salaries were not increased during the virus due to the increased schedule.
There are always huge queues. While you sit in line for hours and look at the creepy corridors (the feeling that you are in the catacombs), you will get on your nerves or fall into depression. There is a shortage of doctors in gynecology, and of those who work, there are such boors that they will get angry, then they will growl, and they do not want to cross the threshold of this doctor. Moreover, this is not an isolated case, but a system.
It's not bad in principle.
The queues are not long.
The staff is friendly.
The elevator is new, but the building itself is old inside.
No problem.
The attitude is pleasant

I want to express my gratitude to the endocrinologist Shvedova Anna Borisovna, a professional with a kind heart
An excellent polyclinic, separate visits to a doctor and other specialists, for people who have had viral diseases and with symptoms of acute respiratory infections, and for healthy people. High level of staff. I like it, thanks to everyone who organized and supported it.
Awful. The registry office is a mess, in the morning, when there is a large influx, only one window works.
If you need to call a doctor at home or order a ticket, you can't get through. In general, it's a mess.
There are questions when taking tests.Constant queues in the morning especially. There is no clear system of card movement. You run around after the reception looking for a card. It's a little dirty.
I want to express my great gratitude to the Genicologist Zhukova L.N. And the head of the women's clinic Shilenok T.V., who conducted my complicated pregnancy with a bunch of concomitant chronic diseases. They were very sensitive and attentive, the treatment is on the case and without excess water, when you walk not once and in vain. Thank you!
Terrible service at the reception, they never say hello, they always lose their card. The other day I came to the clinic and said hello-in response, silence, I start talking and she turns around without listening and goes somewhere, after half a minute the truth returned, teach them a normal attitude to patients, please.
It's a terrible clinic. There are constant queues to see any doctor. The reception is working reluctantly. The sick leave is opened for 3 days and it is necessary to constantly go and extend it. It's just darkness!!!
You can't ask anyone for a crown, no one cares about you... And at our clinic 9, I'm tired of answering that we feel good...starting from the cleaning lady to the manager. They tormented me with questions. I didn't believe anyone I told...
I officially express my gratitude to everyone at the clinic. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HARD WORK. See you later.
The maximum that you can do without problems is to sign / compose a simple piece of paper, God forbid you get sick.
Boorish staff sometimes makes itself felt, I hope they will also be treated as they communicate.
This clinic doesn't even deserve one star. I'd rather be sick and self-medicate than go there. Only if absolutely necessary. It would not hurt to check it properly. I don't have the strength to point out all their shortcomings in writing.
The old room. There are huge queues at the reception, tests, and a therapist. Inconvenient transport interchange. One of the advantages is the presence of an elevator
I have never seen such a terrible attitude in a dirty zone to the sick in my life. I have not yet seen sitting in a queue for 3 hours so that the doctor would take you in 3 minutes : neither listened nor looked at the throat, only wrote in the card there is no wheezing, good pressure is normal, drink the medicine that you drink. Terrible, just a nightmare .
Boorish attitude.
I had inflamed tonsils and tonsils, my doctor asked me how I found out that my tonsils were inflamed.
She said it was probably sore throat, maybe herpes, maybe allergies.
I prescribed vitamins and a spray down my throat.
I don't even want to write....((( at the age of 47, a neurologist told me, "what do you want? Look at your age..... no one knows how long he will live....."
The clinic, like everyone else. There are not very long queues, which is good.

There are 3 offices on the second floor and 3 offices on the third floor in the dirty zone. The third stage is only for blood, but this is understandable. On the second floor, the patients are on time, the queue is small, they sat for 15 minutes. And I went to the picture - there is no queue at all. It's good that you don't need a sick day. It is better to come here for a fee than to sit for 4 hours in your clinic.
In my personal opinion, as in all polyclinics of the Republic of Belarus, receptions that are on "sick leave" are not properly organized. As for the tests, they could have extended this test time to 12 o'clock in the afternoon and not to 10 o'clock (as far as I remember).
The horror is terrible. There is not a single doctor of the highest category in the women's clinic. We overlooked preeclampsia-stroke at 40 weeks.
It is impossible to get to a therapist.
The phone is constantly busy, I can't get through.
The staff is angry and boorish.
There are many shortcomings that no one corrects.
