I want to express my gratitude to my district general practitioner, Lilia Nikolaevna Shevkunova, for her professionalism, attentive attitude to patients and the desire to sincerely help the patient who turned to her for help, I perfectly understand what I am talking about since she has been helping me restore my health for 5 months, which I have been very shaken. Thank you so much for everything you do.
The clinic is terrible, if only people were doctors, they go everywhere and to any doctor, they lose tests, they are not competent in their work, it will be easy to knock out a sick leave if you are dying, they do not believe words, gynecologists are terrible, rude, they get into your personal life, you come to one doctor, takes another and does not believe either by the way, if you have received a doctor's degree, it does not mean that you are a doctor, they climb into everyone's life, give unnecessary advice, although their task is to treat people, but because of their lack of competence, people die, it is not possible to wait for a doctor at home, and if they did, it is useless and they will not really tell you anything, prescribe pills on the right to the left, it is not possible for them to listen to what worries them, the doctor does not ENT but knows more than he does, prescribe tests unrelated to complaints, this is Sharashkin's office, I am disappointed, doctors cannot be called doctors, people even more so, they do not know how to talk normally, I am shocked, I went it took 1h30min to the doctor to tell me that I was healthy, but yesterday I almost died from the fact that I was ill, when it comes to death, they only then begin their actions, take action!!!!!!
Good reviews are mostly written by employees of the polyclinic. The attitude is really terrible. Most of all, I don't like the fact that doctors prescribe only imported, expensive medicines!!! Although there are very good Belarusian medicines, why are they not prescribed????? Practically, you can't take any tests for free, they say, take them somewhere for a fee. That's the point of such a clinic then...
The reception of patients is disgusting. Doctors have their own work schedule, no one is in a hurry. Not only the retirement age, who have nothing to do, but also working people who are not on sick leave come to the reception. It doesn't matter at all. Doctor Pushkin I.I. did not pass the graduation spelling exam well, but now he is learning to correct words (I want to give him a tape corrector instead of a dot one), he was attentive to patients, receiving one person for 30-40 minutes, during which time women give birth, and in our clinic this is a district doctor's appointment. The registry office? You can already go crazy without going any further. They walk after each other, shrugging their shoulders... All the ignoramuses are in one place.Bravo!
Two years ago, the district doctor changed and you don't have to go to the clinic. She knows better what I should examine for insurance and what I shouldn't, as if I'm spending her money. They were given a medical check-up, all the tests and examinations were done only by them. One doctor does an ultrasound of the heart, abdominal cavity, and thyroid gland. In general, shareware medicine is dying.
A good clinic. It is spacious, there are not many queues, there is always an opportunity to get in on your own time. You can get a ticket via the Internet. The staff is very polite. Good doctors. Decorated for the new year- immediately the mood!
I had a chance to apply for health reasons. An ordinary polyclinic, I think, like everywhere else. The doctors are competent, attentive, all work for the benefit of the residents of Mogilev, for which they are greatly grateful.
But... I became an unwitting witness to the boorish behavior of a wardrobe employee. To the visitor's request to handle outerwear more carefully, an answer was immediately received: - take away your poison and a mask on your forehead... What is this all about? Every work is respected, but when working with people, you should be more restrained.
A normal clinic. I like general practitioner Tsvetkov R. , gynecologist Verax A. There are also shortcomings - last year we lost the card, we searched for almost 2 months.
It's a terrible clinic. There is no treatment room in gynecology. You have to stand under the office with everyone who goes to the reception. It is terrible in this clinic still in the Soviet Union and not as in the 21st century
All the staff is polite! There is never a queue! Everything is available! The specialists are all competent! Everything is available! The receptionists are very polite and considerate! And we are always ready to help!
In the residential complex, everything is arranged as much as possible so that there is not even a desire to return there, starting from terrible offices with broken equipment, ending with the rudeness of doctors
The work of the physiotherapy room can be positively noted. The medical staff, despite the flow of patients, works smoothly and clearly. I would like to wish them good health and well-being, as well as to go to work with pleasure!
Fortunately, I did not have to visit this clinic, but what I know is more than enough. There are no complaints about the clinic itself as a building, but there are complaints about doctors who bought diplomas for themselves and sit in chairs. In particular, I want to mention the general practitioner Rovskaya, who (I do not know at all by whom she was admitted to this position) How is it even possible to close the sick list to a person who has a temperature over 39⁰ for several days, how could such a patient not be sent to the hospital, how can bilateral pneumonia not be recognized
The most beloved clinic in the world.
Yes, sometimes there are misunderstandings. But all issues are resolved very quickly.Personal factor- I can't contact all these specialists

A good clinic, spacious, there is a pharmacy. There is a public transport stop and parking nearby, which is convenient for visitors. Friendly staff and professional medical care.
I am very pleased with polyclinics and the work of doctors in general. But I would like to express my special gratitude to the neurologist Maria Nikolaevna Sinkevich for her human attitude, patience, attentiveness and professionalism. Thanks to such doctors, the future of our medicine exists.
Marina Mikhailovna Minkevich, a neurologist, rudely and disrespectfully communicates with patients. My back hurts for a week, and she sends me to a therapist with a picture so that I can prescribe treatment. And you need to take a ticket to her in 2 weeks and come after treatment from a therapist. Because of her rude behavior, I don't even want to go to the reception. I had to be treated by a neurologist in a private clinic.
There are nuances about this clinic.
1. They lose coupons that people order, then you almost force yourself to get an additional one.
2. The card is constantly being lost, and look for it everywhere every time.
3. The queue for therapists is constantly just wild, 2-4 hours of time is lost.
One plus, there is usually no queue for specialized doctors.
Excellent clinic. Pleasant staff at the entrance, experienced doctors.
I took the ticket online and arrived right on time. It's great to have no queues at all!
They helped me, they weren't rude, although I was nervous. An example for others!
Wonderful therapist doctor Babaskina Irina Vladimirovna.A very great professional of his work. Even every patient remembers diseases always and by last name. I want everyone to work like her, as I always say that she is a "Doctor from God".Thank you Irina Vladimirovna.
Every year it gets better and better! There are no problems with tolonchiki. The issue with huge queues at the reception has been resolved. Doctors take on time, there are deviations + 10-15 minutes of waiting, but we are all living people, everyone preaches with their health complaints and the doctor should give everyone time and help.
Excellent polyclinic, polite and friendly staff. The waiting time depends on the number of patients, but the reception is carried out promptly and efficiently.
A good half-line.There is little queue .The staff is polite, you can quickly get a ticket, there are no problems with this. They will choose a convenient time for you to go to the doctor . Overall, a good half-track.The treatment of the patient is good.
The service is not very good. The doctor does not come to the call . Prescribes treatment by phone. And makes a diagnosis. Only after complaining about the clinic is it possible to get qualified help
A good clinic, all the doctors are very pleasant, friendly, I have never had a row with them, they will explain everything you want to know, there are pleasant staff at the reception, the clinic itself is well cleaned, the doctors are good, even young specialists do their job well.
I do not advise this "doctor" of general practice
, P. A. Davidovich, There are great doubts about his qualifications. I don't even know by whom I was admitted to this position.

Excellent clinic. I came, took the ticket, and got to the office by the appointed time. Everything is simple and clear!
The staff is friendly and my problem has been solved.
Excellent doctors, there are practically no queues to specialists. It's easy to get through and make an appointment. Attentive doctors, especially Anna Borisovna Shvedova, an endocrinologist
A good clinic. I would like to express my special gratitude to the general practitioner Natalia Mikhailovna Bankova and the nurses in the dressing room.
Thank you very much to Shevkunova's doctor
Lilia Nikolaevna, who drew attention to my frequent illnesses and gave a referral to an immunologist, who determined the failure of the immune system and prescribed treatment.
There are doctors from God to whom I refer the general practitioner Shevkunova Lilia Nikolaevna. In addition to professionalism, she has the gift of empathy and attentiveness to patients. If all the doctors of this polyclinic had reached its level in relation to work, then there would have been no negative reviews about polyclinic No. 9 at all. I wish Lilia Nikolaevna further success in her professional activities and personal life. Happiness and health to you!
I would like to see a wider range of medical services. And the equipment is newer and bigger. And then a lot of things are patched and patched, held on duct tape.
Sorry, I have a lot of stories about this clinic. And a fight between a disabled person and a veteran in a queue under the therapist's office, and a district therapist who does not issue a sick leave, and another therapist issued and sent for examination. And gloomy gynecology offices with even scarier doctors in them, I would have brought a ring to Mordor than I would have gone to a gynecologist there.
And there are many more different things, I advise you to go to get a psychological trauma for life and gray hair on your head.
Marina Mikhailovna Minkevich, a neurologist at the 9th Polyclinic , does not know how to treat a patient .Such a doctor does not belong in a polyclinic, I also want to say that our site is seen by the therapist Pushkin Igor Igorevich, too, no treatment is sent to one other doctor, too, such doctors do not want to go
The attitude towards clients is respectful, but there are constant queues to the main specialists, who can neither really determine nor advise anything, a young surgeon can take in civilian clothes and basically send everything for paid consultation to private units, the question is, why such staff and such specialists?
