I started calling three city numbers from the site at 12:30, the reserve at 12:45, then at 22:55 and so on, but to no avail. At 13:30, I found a mobile number, some guy picked up the phone and answered my question about getting a certificate in a rude way: look at the clock! I ask: why? The answer was not surprising: We have lunch. He didn't introduce himself. I ask: who am I talking to? Answer: The Chairman. I inform the so-called Chairman that none of the numbers were answered from 12:30 to 13:30. Answer: Well, I answered and my number is on the Internet! And this is the whole Chairman:-))) There are no words, only bad thoughts!
