Their attitude to work and visitors is amazing: without hesitation, every 20-30 minutes, like a regular bus, they go to smoke in the smoking room and discuss "very important industrial problems", in front of amazed and exhausted waiting customers! I am very interested - but these smoke breaks during working hours are also paid for and included in the work experience of a civil servant!!!! For me, you want to smoke - after hours! Many of my colleagues cannot afford to smoke during working hours because there is no time!!! And what's here? Have you done all the work? Have you solved all the issues? And this exam reception on Mondays? All enterprises work mainly from 8.00 and the exam damn from 10.00!!! And there is always a queue and everyone who wants to take the exam has nowhere to sit down and wait... Why can't we let them into the next room? There used to be computers there too, and it accommodates not 8 people, but 40!!! The exam is paid, so create human conditions.
