04/23/2024 we were at a reception with Natalia Alexandrovna Bodrilova. The doctor is smart, I liked it! One star for that.
Of the cons, and there are many of them:
- they took a double fee for the appointment (before the appointment and with the payment of the analysis)
- when trying to get the result of a previously paid analysis, it turned out that we have to pay about 300 rubles more!!! From where?! The doctor at the reception said that everything was paid for and nothing else would be needed!
- the boorish attitude of the head of the department (115 kab) and the senior nurse! No one wants to decide anything, listen too! It was said:- "Look for a doctor"! And the doctor does not have an appointment on this day (05/08/2024).
The results of the analysis did not give! I will contact the authorities above!!!

In all normal institutions, entry to the territory is provided either by passes, or they simply allow entry, seeing the patient's condition. Here our institution is ahead of the whole planet. To get to the territory, you need to call the director of the barrier, who will open it, while certainly informing you that you need to quickly drop off the patient and remove the car from the territory, and then to pick it up, you need to ask for entry again and quickly pick it up and God forbid to stay. Dear ones!!! I'm the only one taking my son to consultations, he can't move himself, he needs an escort, I can't just drop him off from the car and rush headlong to drive her out of the territory. I need to escort him to his office!!! And again, bring it to the office, leave it, then drive the car away, return to it, get advice, then run after the car (by the way, it's not a fact that I'll park it somewhere close to the barrier, as usual I have to wind circles to get to the permitted parking lot) and enter the territory. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? There is enough space on the territory, there are specially equipped parking spaces, they are always empty... Who came up with these stupid rules? What is the safety technique here? THE RNPC IS ALL IN MINSK, THE ALEXANDROV ONCOLOGICAL CENTER, EVERYONE ALLOWS ENTRY WITH PASSES FOR PEOPLE WHO MOVE POORLY!!! Why can't you do that here? Or do I need to call the Ministry of Health's hotline to bring you to your senses?

In March, in a private clinic, according to the results of tests and ultrasound, a disappointing diagnosis of Cancer was made, the doctor was a Luminary, he sent us to the state cancer center, where he was a doctor before hospitalization, for this person I want to say only good things, sensitive, attentive, responsive, understanding in the accepted sense of the word A Bright person, then the father was Konovalov was hospitalized in the department of the chief physician, Gorelikov was appointed the attending physician. Three days after hospitalization, my father just lay there, in the morning he went on rounds and all the treatment went to this, although CT with contrast and other procedures he needed were indicated during hospitalization. As a result, they have not yet reached the chief doctor and did not quarrel, probably, and would have lain on without the necessary examination. I had to call because the doctor was busy with a daily visit, as a result, they got through, had a fight and started moving. But after the final diagnosis, the attitude of doctors towards people with such a disease is that they are not people, but already suicide bombers. It is a pity that there are such callous and soulless people in such places. We were told when my father was discharged, why did you bring him here at all, let him sit at home and count the days he lived with you. God forbid anyone should get to such doctors.

After the first procedure, they were discharged without explaining anything. After 3 chemotherapies, they were sent back for examination, while at each appointment they ask why they did not do this or that examination, we ourselves must guess what needs to be done. And so on in a circle from one doctor to another, and now they've closed it down. How can people with such a disease wait, because they don't have time to wait. It turns out that you need to go to a paid clinic to consult a good oncologist.
