In the evening, we called the nurse at the post to ask about the patient's condition. To which we heard boorish treatment is not typical for a medical institution employee in relation to us and the following phrase sounded, DO NOT INTERFERE WITH MY WORK, I HAVE A LOT OF WORK BESIDES YOUR PATIENT, and hung up. After that, we called my grandfather on a mobile phone, and next to him we heard the voice of the medical staff and the following phrase also sounded:... Let his wife (my grandmother) come with him and watch him, and not call him... When will there be a ruling on such incompetent medical staff and they will have a sense of respect and understanding to elderly patients, as well as their relatives who are worried about their health.
I liked the new cardiology building, everything is well planned and the wards and bathrooms and there is a place for patients to walk, I think the staff works better there)

There is aggression on the part of the junior medical staff, constant provocation to the conflict of raising the voice in an unacceptable form! Thus, they replace their low level of qualification, taking advantage of the fact that most of the residents from the region and small villages and their level of knowledge about proper medical care they do not have! But as soon as you have to deal with patients who come from Minsk or other regional cities and they have something to compare with, the staff "turns on" their famous "cultural" communication!
The reception desk's phone is constantly busy. It is impossible to get through and make an appointment for weeks or even years. I suspect the use of reception phones for personal purposes, or faulty ones where the handset does not hang up. This huge hospital needs AT LEAST 20 phone numbers and at least 40 people just to make appointments, given the congestion of existing phones and people and the inability for most people to get the necessary medical care.
The hospital is normal compared to the city, but I put 4 because I can't get through to make an appointment for a planned hospitalization, it's busy and after a minute no one takes it!What is the problem?

I explained to the medical staff that the person is sick, he can leave, but he needs to be treated, take care. Explain that you need to lie down, that you will treat, etc. Dad had fluid in his lung, he was suffocating. He lay there for 2 days. And it lies on 3. At 4, he left, in a shirt, sneakers, looking for a day. They called the doctor, to which he replied, he wants to, let him go. We're not holding anyone. But you always have to remember, in my dad's place there may be a father, an uncle, the son of this doctor, and he himself. Be healthy, take care of your loved ones, do not go to the hospital.
