Disgusting attitude towards customers. Before going to the other side of the city, I called the consultant to clarify all my questions. I was interested in a washbasin of a certain size. In a telephone conversation, she clearly outlined the size of the washbasin and clarified whether more than one sample was available, so as not to travel to the other side of the city in a downpour. We confirmed that there are definitely more than one sample in stock and all are presented in the store (the size I need!), they said come on over.
As a result, there is only one washbasin in the store that fits the size! When I asked why the information was incorrectly provided on the phone, I did not receive a clear answer. No one in the store cares about customer requests. No hello, no offers to help with the choice, no reliable telephone advice.
