She lived all the moments of the order with me. I saw everything with my eyes, I could touch everything, open everything, etc., I just walked around the office and adjusted everything with Tatiana for myself. All my proposals were immediately implemented into the project, they were particularly attentive to the cost, they looked for many options, but agreed on one that now stands and pleases me)))) I can't help but mention Evgeny Zanko, the installer of the kitchen itself. A man with golden hands, quickly and efficiently. The impression is good, the team is cohesive, and they really work for quality and results. It is impossible to make any calculation right away. Each kitchen is individual. The manager called for an invitation to the office. I didn't want to go to Baranovichi from the Berezovsky district. We gave the number to designer Elena Z. We called on the phone, and a couple of days later on Sunday we arrived for a measurement. We decided on the project on the spot, and decided which facade would be based on the samples. We signed the contract and I made the first prepayment. It was decided to pay without credit. They do not have installments as such. Immediately 30%, then, before delivery, you need to pay the rest. We agreed on readiness until the end of summer, but in fact it was established only at the end of September. No one warned that there was a delay in production. The specification, which was promised to be sent in the first week after the measurement, I received after a call 5 weeks later. The execution of the order was delayed for unknown reasons. There are no messages until I call. It took more than 90 days until the boxes of furniture were finally delivered. The driver was not aware of the contract for the delivery of 180 rubles, he took 200 rubles. The pickers Vitaly and the technologist Valery came for the weekend. The whole kitchen was assembled in 3 days. For a long time, but with high quality. During the assembly, we consulted on how to make it more convenient for me. The collectors are great. We arrived with our own instrument. As a result, it took 100 days from ordering the kitchen to complete assembly. But the most important thing is that the kitchen was not from Grodno, as we would like. It is made by Minsk. I didn't know that the salon works not only with Grodno CALL. I'm happy with the kitchen. But the residue on the production dates remained. The assembly cost more than 12% of the furniture cost.
