Not a bad place. I used to be here very often, everything was fine, but in recent visits very questionable service and dishes: brioche was served warmed up, coffee is not delicious, bitter. The dishes were not served at the same time (with a run-up of 15 minutes!), i.e. one person had to wait for the dish to cool down completely in order to eat together, and this is with a half-empty institution
I really hope that the impression will be better on the next visit

Among the advantages, you can list a fairly diverse breakfast menu; scramble toast with bacon, bruschetta with hummus and vegetables were cooked quickly and tasty enough.
However, the impression was greatly spoiled by the attitude of the staff, more precisely, one of the employees of the institution. It is not entirely clear why the guests have to ask to clear the tables and observe dissatisfaction on the part of the employee. The girl pointedly rolled her eyes at simple and obvious requests. There is no desire to return to the restaurant, despite the good quality of the dishes.

I used to come here often: delicious, atmospheric. But in 2022, together with a friend after this place, they received serious poisoning from poached eggs (which are not washed, as it turned out), after that they did not go there for a long time. After a long time, I decided to try it carefully, without eggs, everything seems to be fine.
But today there is a problem again: I waited 40 minutes, and it turned out that my order was "lost" or brought to someone else, and the tea, as it turned out, was cooling near their cash register. I'm sitting here watching orders being delivered to those who came half an hour after me.

A good place: a large selection of breakfast dishes, lots of drinks. The wait is short, there are seats in the hall and on the veranda. Prices are above average, but it's understandable here. There is a small but comfortable bathroom. In general, the place is 9/10, we will return again

I ordered another dish, I had to wait for it for about half an hour with an incomplete landing of the hall - this is more critical. Fortunately, they apologized and offered any drink as a compliment. The food is delicious, there are no questions. I was also surprised by the metal tube for lemonade)
In general, a pleasant place, but not for daily visits, in my opinion.

Everything is cool, but I advise you to find out the difference between scramble and omelet at least for yourself. I also don't understand why "green oil" (olive) is here. You have 100% match: salmon, cream cheese, egg, tomato. Why add this oil here if it spoils the classic combination without adding anything?
The coffee is good, the place can be given a chance.

I didn't quite understand why this place is included in the top breakfast places in Minsk. I'd put a C on it.
Did you like it:
- delicious granola with yogurt
- good coffee, good cocoa
- not a bad fish
- dog friendly
Didn't like it:
- thin and not very crispy meringue roll
- "big breakfast", which takes up at most 60 percent of the plate (a lot of empty space, very little food)
- quite a long wait for an order (from 20 minutes)
- broken WiFi (while no one knows how to log in), lack of soap and towels in the bathroom

Everything is perfect in this coffee shop - the interior, the atmosphere, the coffee, the staff. A good location, large windows with window sills-countertops - the most cozy place, in my opinion, to drink hot coffee and look at passers-by. I even like cups.
There is a small drawback, or rather, a remark, there is not enough space for outerwear. When there are a lot of visitors in the coffee shop, especially with the onset of cold weather, finding a place for a long coat becomes a problem.

The atmosphere of the institution is not only the interior, but also, first of all, the attitude towards visitors. Everything is bad here, or rather there is no service as such. My acquaintance with this institution began with the fact that they forgot to make breakfast for me, but most likely they mixed it up and took it to another one. But then I took it calmly, since the day off had time. When I came to breakfast the next day - there were no seats, then when asked by the staff if it was possible to call me when something was available, I received an indifferent answer "I have no idea when it will be." Then the next time I pre-booked a table by the window by phone, but when I arrived, there was no reservation, although some tables were booked, but not ours. Like, I arrived later and the reservation was canceled, although I warned that I would arrive within an hour, and no one even called back to cancel the reservation. The most absurd thing is that no one even tried to offer anything (some seats were not occupied, some had a later reservation) or somehow solve this simple situation. We stood for 10 minutes waiting for at least something to be offered in return, but no one cared. I have never seen such indifference and antiservice anywhere. The staff went about their business, talking while looking at us, and we just stood and waited... "The reservation has been cancelled and the rest is your problem" - this was the last response of the cashier and after that I asked for a book of complaints. At the same time, some tables were vacated, there were places. They silently handed it to us, again without even trying to help us in any way, somehow solve a simple situation. They came to have breakfast, but had to leave with nothing and leave a corresponding review. A place where the customer means nothing((
