In the same days, I also got sick and decided to postpone the purchase of smart for now. So, 2 weeks later, I decided to buy Xiaomi 14 again and started looking at where it was cheaper in price, the price of this model fell in this store and I decided to try ordering from them again. I made the order on Thursday 03.10.24, they said that they had everything in stock, that they would bring it on Saturday and the deliveryman would contact me in advance. Today is Saturday 05.10.2024 and no one contacted me, I decided to call the store myself, to which the specialist of this store replied to me that the supplier was delaying the shipment and could reschedule the delivery as early as Wednesday! I contacted about the Xiaomi laptop, when communicating with the consultant, it turned out that the cost on the site differs from the real one, allegedly the main supplier is out of stock, and the second one is a little more expensive. They said that they would be able to deliver it in 2-3 days.

He reminded me about 2-3 days at another supplier, after which they completely disinterestedly promised to call back in 2 hours and clarify the availability for sure (for what it was the day before to say that everything is there remains a mystery), as a result, he called back himself after 5 hours, and the consultant said that there was nothing available.

I change the currency and wait for a call from the delivery on the specified day. They call me back and tell me that "the supplier has raised the cost" due to the jump in the ruble exchange rate. I raised it by 330 rubles. And that's it, "sorry, this is the situation." That is, they didn't have a phone yet, but they already sold it to me, without saying that the price might change. By the way, when there was a last jump in the ruble, another store in the same situation brought me the goods at the agreed price, although the price increased significantly in two days while I was waiting for delivery. And here they say "the situation is like this." I exchanged $700 for rubles to buy a phone, and today I bought only $580 for these rubles. Minus 120 dollars. Thank you very much!

I left an order for headphones in orange colors. We called back quickly enough, headphones in this color are available. And then it was fun:
1. Thursday: Online delivery before 19.00, if the order is placed before 13.00 on the same day. According to the store, the supplier did not have time to ship, if I remember the answer correctly. Okay, tomorrow is tomorrow. For the sake of getting headphones in your favorite color, I'm ready to wait.
2. Friday: It was delivered. Red, not orange. He refused. Well, okay, it happens. They called back, apologized and referred to an error in the supplier's articles. At the supplier, orange headphones meant red headphones. A dubious version in my opinion. They said they would look in orange and call back on Monday, because the suppliers would not respond on the weekend. It was 8 p.m.
3. Monday: Not found in orange. As a result, I asked for a blue color. They called back. There is no blue either) only red and black are available and can be sold at a discount. But I needed blue or orange ones. That's basically why I ordered from them, because they were the only ones who supposedly had orange ones.
As a result, he refused the product. I spent five days (Thursday-Monday). There was a sale these days. As a result, I was left with almost no headphones at all in the color I needed, because even in blue there were almost none left and I had to buy headphones not at a discount in another store, but at a full price (+25% to the price!).
2 conclusions that I made for myself:
1. Study the site more closely. The mobistore website has a rating of 4.8 out of 5. I took a bite. In vain.
It was then that I already had a question "why is it not indicated on the basis of which this rating was compiled (reviews? The rating of stores on some website?). Why is there no link to verify for yourself?".
At the time of writing the review, the rating on Yandex.maps is 4.6. Google maps: 4.1 out of 5. Otzovik buy: 3.45 out of 5. So on the basis of what is the 4.8 out of 5 score displayed on the site? I can also open a store and write that I have a rating of 4.9 out of 5. This is the most opaque rating situation and draws on some kind of deception.
2. Mark sites where there is no product status "no/it is available." There is no such status on this site. The result: five days in vain. There was this status in another store, and the purchase of headphones in blue went without problems.
I sincerely hope that the store will pay attention to this review and make changes to the rating, which will make it transparent and honest, as well as add the status "no/it is available." Or at least it will start deleting products, their modifications and color options, which are not really there. I.e., it is banal to keep your site up to date.
