Phones were ordered from them more than once, there were no problems.
But last time there was a misunderstanding: there was no phone in the right color, they offered delivery in 4 days (we agreed), the day before the appointed date they called from the store and said that the desired model was not available, they began to offer something with lower system requirements along the way offering a discount (in fact, the proposed models can be it is cheaper to buy in other stores than here with a discount, we checked this fact later), in the end we refused. I was upset by the fact that the seller wasted our time and provided false information about the availability. Do not mislead people, if there is no product, then say so. As a result, you lost one regular customer.
The happy ending of this story was the fact that we found the right phone model in another online store much cheaper.
