When contacting about warranty repairs, the store staff behaves rudely. I do not advise anyone to buy goods in this salon - at the slightest problem, money will not be returned to you, and you can forget about warranty repairs at all!
In June 2015, I bought a NOKIA-215 phone at the MOBILE salon on Shevchenko 42. In November, the phone went out of order - it does not see the SIM card, contacts are not displayed, it is impossible to call. Because the phone is under warranty, I took it to the service center at 42 Shevchenko Street (the same place where I bought it). The service center said that the phone is now working and does not require repair. They sent it to Sennaya 49. They said that they would take the phone only for paid repairs, and under warranty you need to carry it back to the store. I brought the phone back to the store at 42 Shevchenko Street, where they sent me to the service center again with the words: "So I'm with someone, I'm sorry, I'm not at the service center!"
