But they called you, and you agreed. At the same time, the representative of the pick-up point tried to shift communication with the seller to me. "My hut is on the edge." But I insisted that he find out for himself where the order is.
I started picking up calls (all my conversations are recorded). I found 2 calls from different phones. In one, we discuss delivery to the pick-up point, in the second, from another number, that the phone is not available. At the same time, the person who called from the second number did not introduce himself, did not say which store he represented. That is, it was absolutely impossible to connect that it was a call from the same store.
In the end, I just wasted my time and nerves.

Having searched many forums, including 4pda, and talked with the owners of REDMI 12 phones, no one had such a thing. I tried to overcome the heat for 10 days, updated everything, deleted and turned off unnecessary things, it did not help. I came to the store, the pick-up point at Kalvariyskaya 25. The guys touched the phone, immediately warmed up to 42 on Instagram. They said it was strange and not normal. But take it to the SC, you need a conclusion. 14 days have not passed since the purchase, instead (according to the rules on consumer protection) in order to take my phone and do it yourself for a maximum of 7 days, they send me to their AlexService shopping center on Maxim Tank Street. 30. Where they immediately tell me that heating is normal and in general the diagnostic period is 14 days (in the issued receipt it is written up to 30 days). because I am leaving for work in another country next week, and I ask for money to carry out an expert diagnosis faster, I was refused (I also asked the store to they helped to speed up this process, but they also refused me there). As a result, I left my phone, and the next day I came to see if a miracle had happened. I was told that the diagnosis was not completed and that nothing was done, however, the phone was reset to factory settings... I just took the phone, I don't have time to do all this, so as a "result" about the store, the following are the ADVANTAGES: fast registration, delivery, price matching, low price relative to other sites, the phone is packed, the receipt. Покупал iPhone 14. В моём случае всё прошло хорошо. Единственное - заказы принимают только по телефону. Цена была одна из лучших на новые ориг девайсы. Заказал в обед и уже в этот же день вечером доставили с предварительным звонком за 30 мин. Всё новое и запаковано. Проверил активацию на сайте apple - всё ок. Не уверен, что при гарантийном случае выданный талон поможет решить проблему, но надеюсь, что не придётся проверять это на практике :)
