She didn't call back. I come in 3 days - informs me that the phone is somewhere in another workshop and it is still being watched, a malfunction is being determined. And again she didn't call back. A week later I come - informs me : We have fixed the connector, we will not change the loop. To a perfectly reasonable question, why should I pay for the connector if the phone still does not work and the reason is in the loop, she began to prove to me that they replaced the connector as it is indicated in the receipt. That is, she herself indicated the connector as a possible reason, they pinned 60 rubles from scratch, refused to repair the loop. And returns me a non-work phone number. They say that tomorrow we will come to your place and insert your non-working connector. And who knows if he was a worker or not? It will definitely be broken on the return. When asked to present a book of comments and suggestions, she refused, explained that they were not obliged to have it. There is nothing in the corner of the consumer except a copy of the IP certificate. Nothing at all. Questionable service. The quality of the service is as low as communication with the consumer. It's like going to the dentist with a punctured liver... you will be made a fool of and will prove your case.
