The repair history lasted about three years. There is a semi-professional nikon camera. One day, the charger from this camera, the original one, fell from a height. I took it to this organization to fix it, they fixed it, took the money, it worked for a while, then problems started. The original battery did not charge after prolonged use of the camera. She brought the battery and charger to the same place, told me what happened and how it was, they took the charger and battery for diagnosis, after which they said that the battery died, it "can't lie for so long without recharging." Again, I paid for the diagnostics and threw the ORIGINAL battery into the trash. I bought an analog that did not charge in this charger until the end, but it's an analog, who knows why.. then the battery also stopped charging completely. I searched with great difficulty for a long time for an original, not cheap battery, bought it, charged it again to -1 strip, thought I was in a hurry to take it out, on the first use after discharging it to ZERO, the charger starts flashing and the battery does not charge. Only after all this time, I realize that the problem is not in the batteries, but in the charger, I bought another one and both the original and the analog are charged to completeness.
The result is what: due to the incompetence of the employees, and there were several of them during all this time, I threw out the original worker, spent money on poor-quality repairs and ridiculous consultations, spent money on two batteries that were not needed (lucky that I did not throw them away).
I think that this institution should be closed, because it is not just not being repaired, it is being deceived.
