The desserts are amazing. Flat white was upset that it was not clear with espresso whether it was poorly configured, or whether the blend was like that. Of course, I want better coffee from the pastry shop.
Well-balanced desserts with a beautiful serving (that's why the price tag is like that) . It's a good place to meet a friend or spend an evening with a young man if you don't want to stay at home.

A pleasant place to just have a delicious coffee (tea) or work. It's not noisy, it's light. Excellent service. Delicious pastries.
A cozy place, pleasant staff. The location is not very good, if you go by car, you have to go through the yards. But I liked the cafe so much that I asked the company I work for to arrange a discount for employees.
Perfection. There's nothing more to say. The rustle of puff pastry, the melting of a crumbly sandy base on the tongue, the sonorous crunch of tempered chocolate ...
I visit at least once a month since the opening. 90% of the desserts are tasted. One of the two (possibly three) best pastry shops in Minsk with the highest standards of ingredients and dessert techniques. Yes, it may be expensive for non-connoisseurs of confectionery art or for those who have not yet managed to try high-quality desserts and it seems that store-bought sugar on sugar and with margarine is even delicious. But, for example, I know the cost of Belgian Cacao Barry brand chocolate, which employs the best confectioners around the world and in this confectionery, and therefore the price is absolutely reasonable. The same can be said about butter (not any is suitable), and about strong flour, and about French berry purees Boiron, etc.
Therefore, I hope the bar will not fall over the years to our delight.

The interior is pleasant. But there are questions about the service. The latte was carried for a long time, almost 10 minutes, and a cappuccino was brought. Tea with honey turned out to be tea in which you yourself spoon honey with honey threads and on the table. You can just add everything when cooking, or ask how much you need.
I was very, very disappointed.
The table is not stable, it wobbles constantly.
Pistachio-raspberry was my favorite combination, but alas, you were able to fight off this love. The icing on the tartlet is like jelly, wildly dense... which is very repulsive. The cream is nothing like that. The tartlet itself could still be baked because the bottom was pale. The texture of raspberries is wildly, I repeat wildly sour, it reduces the cheekbones.
A rum woman. Initially, it seemed to me that it was very good. But when I poured about 70ml of syrup out of the mold... I was stunned. Too much. There's a lot of syrup.
And yes, I forgot to mention that they carried her for 15 minutes, because all the staff, including pastry chefs, were busy going out in work uniforms and shoes into a dirty hall where people walk in street shoes, and began hugging and playing with the dog. I repeat, in the WORK CLOTHES they wear in the workshop. And I did not see that the waitress who was petting this dog washed her hands, but began to make coffee.
In general, the most delicious thing was probably tea. And the options from the category: "it's delicious for me", "they don't argue about tastes", "and I tried nori for me" are not suitable. Because if you make a product, then guests should like it first of all.
Desserts are an extravaganza of taste and textures. I was especially surprised by the fresh juicy blueberries in the heart of the berry and banana mousse in the peanut. While Moulin is on vacation, we will come here - and after that too

I'll give you five stars for the most delicious bread in this city. Ciabatta with tomatoes, olives, olives, classic and baguette are very tasty. Bread is baked during the day, so even if you stop by in the evening, you can get fresh and warm.
