First of all, I want to express my gratitude to the doctor from the emergency room of Yesengelda Dana, the girls nurses who were at work on 12/10/24 in the emergency room. First aid was immediately provided to the 3 months old baby and we were hospitalized in intensive care with severe bilateral pneumonia. Girls, reading the reviews, I do not understand how you encountered problems here, we were in intensive care for 3 days, I am immensely grateful to the entire staff of the MGDB 1 intensive care unit for their care and love for children. I have never seen such caring nurses as Dimash, Aydin, how they quickly and accurately interact with children. There are also nurses Gabit and Aibek. The girls Adibai Ulbike, Rosa Zhusupovna, senior nurse Zakeryanova Anisa Siyatovna, talk to the kids as if they were their relatives, even though they are not even a year old. The head of the department, A.V. Grab, the doctors of the intensive care unit, unfortunately, I do not know all the names. Our aunts are so caring too, they worry about every baby. I am immensely and wholeheartedly grateful to each of them for their hard work, nurses and nurses practically do not sit at all, all day and all night on their feet and at the same time, despite their fatigue, they smile and continue to do their job. Once there with the baby, I saw, as they say, the whole kitchen from the inside and now I will never believe in negative reviews. There were kids that 1 time a day came to my mother, but this lack of concern was up for nurses and nurse every 3 hours changed diapers, sucking to merge those who are under mechanical ventilation, changed diapers, comply with doctor's appointments, doing pulmonary and much more, none of the supine patient no aggression and indifference did not show ❤️
