The MSO is excellent, made conveniently, intuitive terminal interface, close to home, pleasant administrator. The foam is excellent (I hope it won't spoil). As well as pleasant bonuses in the form of cashback and overnight discounts. There are several problems:
1. It's with queues that the issue needs to be resolved somehow, 2-3 cars are still normal, but if there is more chaos.
2. Incomprehensible rudeness on the part of the manual washing workers (it wasn't with me, but I heard it addressed to another visitor)
3. Entrance to the MSO brick car wash:(
In general, everything is fine, I recommended it to my friends. I wish you further development!

I tried out the self-service car wash today.
The price is the same as washing cars in regular self-service car washes, only it's warm here and you can use your sponges - which is quite convenient, fast, and efficient.

I was looking for a car wash in the box in the evening. I arrived and was extremely surprised that such a Sink and this self-service service. The prices are very pleasant, cheaper than most self-service car washes. Thick foam, and most importantly effective. The salt and other winter dirt was washed off with a bang. While I was standing in line, which amounted to 3 cars (!)(there were about 10 in the neighborhood), I had a chance to talk with the owner. He told me and instructed me how to use the car wash properly. And at the end of our conversation, he gave me a fiber, which was more than ever useful, because I successfully forgot mine in the garage)) definitely 5 stars. I'll only go there.

Excellent car wash, convenient bonus system, much better than tokens. High-quality equipment and detergents easily cleaned cars from salt. I was lucky when I arrived, there was only one car in front of me.
The only note, especially if you come for the first time, it is unclear which box works for self-service, and which one works with a cleaner. I would like it to be designated somehow.

Foam is a fire, it cleans without a sponge, everything is great thanks to the ability to pause, if they don't loosen up like everyone else and take the pause away, then the queues will only grow. The turbo gun is so-so, it blows weakly. Minus one star for the entrance to the 2nd and 4th brick posts, what did you think? Well, another unpleasant bonus is the absence of curtains between the cars, you start drying, and foam flies from the car in front of you. It falls far short of 5 stars.

The waiting time at the self-service car wash was more than an hour. There were a few 4-5 cars. There was only one self-service post. The rest are for manual washing. The receptionist is friendly, he said to go from the back of the house, "there's a queue for a self-service car wash." The foam is good. When I arrived at the box, there were incomprehensible statements from the hand-washing worker in my direction, "if you want to wash for 5 rubles, then I have more tips."

Self-service is not only at the car wash, but also in the organization of a queue of customers at the car wash - it would be fine if you could line up in the queue, as it is organized by everyone.... Run, look... The administrator's answer: sort it out for yourself somehow, I'm not up to you, there's enough work there... Yes, even the director - the approach is poor.
