Everything used to be fine, polite staff and top-level service. It's gotten a lot worse now. Today I wanted to extend the term of my mother's gold, but I barely did it. The manager didn't even meet me, didn't even serve me. And plus, she was kind of offended when I spoke and asked if I could speak Kazakh. I didn't want to write such reviews, but unfortunately there is no way without it. I thought to write a review in Kazakh, but I think it will be clearer for everyone in Russian. Previously, Dariga and Vasilika were very cool managers. I don't know if I should come here, now it's better to go to another department where at the bus station.
