I would like to note the constantly improving quality and speed of service! There are many innovations that speed up and facilitate the passage of the border. The staff is polite and attentive. Well done! Thank you for your work!
We got in line by bus at one o'clock in the morning. There is a camera on the website, and "up-to-date" information... The queue shows 65 buses. We have train tickets 10 hours after the expected arrival in Warsaw. They began to think about how to get closer in order to make it. There is an update at 2 a.m. - there are only 22 buses in the queue. Great, we'll make it at this rate...
and by 6 a.m., the entire infographic was wiped - there were allegedly 70 buses all night. Who were they currying favor with, who needed to be shown that there was no queue?
There were only scammers all around. The train left without us. It's all right, beautiful Marchioness...
The last working border crossing. They mostly work very slowly (when driving towards Poland). One plus is that they made an electronic queue (i.e. you arrive, register the car number and go home). Minkus: they put a place of dysenfection (after returning from Poland)
🔥🔥🔥Be as attentive as possible!!!
The service ordered,,Call,, on arrival in the ZO, is not particularly working, do not count on it much!!! almost lost.... THERE WAS NO CALL!!!! we asked the car with the 5th region, they didn't call either, although they ordered it!!!
Thanks for doing this, now you don't have to wait long in line.
Everything is set up at the transition itself, the staff are respectful. They will always tell you everything that is not clear. Thanks
It's a good place to go to another country. The toilet is very expensive at the border. There is a trailer with a snack : cookies / tea / coffee. They don't sell hot lunches
A modern checkpoint with good technical equipment and aesthetic appearance. The appearance of the border guards is a beautiful face of Belarus. They are always well-groomed and friendly, but they get tired by the end of the shift.
There is a very large queue, local residents create it artificially in order to sell places in queues of 200 and 100 units.I do not know where the law enforcement agencies are looking, the sediment on my soul was not pleasant
Complete unsanitary conditions. You can't go to the toilet on the street, the smell knocks you down. There is also a story with toilets in the customs building on the way back, they are not cleaned at all, they only pretend. In the customs clearance hall there is an eternally overflowing huge urn from which everything flies out. Vending machines are almost empty, there is simply nowhere to buy drinking water. Beltamozhservice or a Border service urgently arrange for the delivery of water to this area and at least minimal food. I go every few months, but the picture is always the same. Cleaners do not wash the floors, they are slightly moistened with water, it would be nice to clean up here with disinfectants.
Everything is sad. Why? And no one will answer. Why is it taking so long - there are a lot of factors, starting from the business of Belarusian orphans who live on the border strip and organize a place in the queue for those who want to leave, the very slow and overly meticulous work of customs, buses and minibuses traveling out of turn, the single-track exit to the Warsaw bridge and it is unclear what kind of checkpoint work from the Polish side. So I recommend taking some air into your lungs, be patient or something else in duty-free and get ready to wait for hours like 2 qi more. Not fatal, but unpleasant. I won't say anything about returning back at all, especially if there are goods to declare. Patience to all! Out
It's just incredible! We drove up from the Polish border. The bus is still standing at 6.00 at 12.49! At 8.40 there was one bus ahead, we came to meet my husband with the children, but it wasn't there! I just don't understand why you should mock me like that.
It's just a nightmare!!! Work at the level! Thank you for your work!
Warsaw Bridge is the most corrupt place in our country. The border for Brest. And none of the authorities pays attention to this. In November, we went to a wedding in Poland. The border made a terrible impression. The Brest machine is engaged in a queue and passes 20 cars ahead of itself. The police do not want to restore order. It seems that they are all for one thing. Although there is a lot of order on the Polish side. They have a queue patrolling and a large fine for violation. It couldn't be simpler. I would really like to see things put in order here too.
everything looks great, if you don't cross the border for a long time, you can dream. There are no questions for the border guard, only things from here - it is tedious in age.I think that if anyone is lucky, they already know in advance that the dogs are pretty. My wish is a peaceful sky and freedom of movement. I understand that everything depends on people, on discipline and mutual respect. When I went by car, the queues were different. It's good when you cross the border for a short time.I understand their job is like that.Good luck to everyone.
Of the advantages, this is what is located directly in the city of Brest, the queue is not clear at all, where to go, for whom it becomes not clear at all! The option is only for local residents, and they are arrogant and unfriendly for unknown reasons, they let their cars out of line, strangers for money, as in our country this is not allowed, they stand in line to sell!
Well, what can I say, in principle, nothing surprising. Like all state organizations in our country, employees like to blow time, make fun of people. Alas, I can't call it anything else. There is always time to talk and stand, but no one wants to work. If everyone did their job conscientiously, there would be no huge queues!
It's hard to estimate...the waiting area copes with its duties, and hot meals are organized, and toilets correspond......but outside the waiting area there is a big mess going on...when the traffic police arrives, order is established only where they stand, and then who climbs without a queue, and the queue does not advance, and only a couple of lanterns are installed after the fence, then it is dark........THE TRANSITION IS ONE - there are MANY problems...
I really liked it! Customs is working perfectly, without delay! I recommend this transition to everyone!!! Everything is clearly explained, shown!!! They will always help you with everything!!!
Fortunately, at this checkpoint you come across not only Brest fuel tanker shuttles, but also friendly and friendly border guards and customs officers and veterinary inspectors
The longest customs, probably in the world. The guests stayed at the border from Poland to Belarus for 29.5 hours. It takes 28.5 hours from Belarus to Poland. During this time, you can fly to the other side of the globe
Very mixed feelings. It would seem that in a situation where it is not easy for everyone to cross the border to Europe, there are those who are not averse to making money on this, creating even bigger problems for others
Everything is organized well. But the throughput is very slowed down due to the number of machines. Do not forget about the insurance of vehicles in Poland, without it they will not be allowed into the country
It seems like the queue is electronic , but there is not much sense . They can go around to it and how they will let it out is unknown how long you will stand until they let you through the barrier.
It's just awful! We passed this gate for 12 hours. You can go crazy with employees like that. Absolutely everyone, both their own and others, is treated as potential smugglers. Nightmare.
We crossed on a weekday and we can say we were lucky, as we passed in a couple of hours due to the lack of a queue. Compared to other border checkpoints, the precipitation from visiting this place is relatively less. We can say that everything went smoothly. The only thing that unpleasantly surprised me was the attention of a decent fee for "air" - registration and crossing the EAEU zone (this is only in the Republic of Belarus). Although the flow of those who want to cross here does not get any less!
The rating is 4 stars because the work of employees is carried out very slowly, there are problems with toilets, there are no free ones, it would seem that the state border. If there was an alternative, I would have used it.
