The service is excellent! I was met at Antalya airport with a sign and taken to a hotel in Alanya. I was traveling alone in a very comfortable minibus with air conditioning. A pleasant, helpful driver. Free internet access via Wi-Fi. Cold water is also free. And the most important thing is safe driving!!! For the last one, a separate respect!!! And even more important and affirming is the price of the transfer - it is the cheapest! Thank you very much!!!

When you call a transfer to the airport from the hotel, the car is always served even 15 minutes earlier, for me, as a punctual person, this is important - I like to arrive in advance, taking my time. Good time of day. They met us in June 2024. Antalya-Alanya trip, travel time 2.5 hours. The arrival was in the morning. There were 5 of us (2 children + 3 children). They were waiting with a sign near the airport exit. They helped to carry the suitcase. The car is clean, the cabin is cool, a bottle of water was prepared for everyone. On the way to the hotel, we made a "technical" stop.
The only point that I want to attribute to the disadvantages is the lack of child seats. But for Turkey, I think this is the norm.
In general, the trip went well, we liked everything. Thank you for the quick delivery of us to the place of rest.

The driver who picked us up was late, then made a mistake with the end point. We informed the organizer about this situation, who assured us that the time on the yacht (4 hours) would not decrease in any way (the organizer provided the transfer). Unfortunately, this turned out not to be the case, since the skating was shortened strictly for the time of the actual delay, which was not our fault (by 25 minutes). We were charged for at least 4 hours. The ride itself took 1.5 hours (this already included one stop for 15-20 minutes), then 2 hours (!) parking in the bay next to the pier from where the start was, then 5 minutes, and unloading. There was very little skiing, the views are beautiful, the sea is very clean, the food is delicious. Upon returning to the hotel, we wrote to the organizer and asked for a refund in 25 minutes, to which we were charged that we had devalued their work, and we had to inform them that we wanted 4 hours, etc. The organizer was fully aware of the whole situation, which is also reflected in the correspondence, moreover, he himself called the driver and explained where to go)) next, they offered several "equivalents" that do not correspond to the word "at all", well, they advised us to focus on pleasant impressions and not be petty)) Extremely low-quality provision of services, I definitely do not recommend it

Отличный трансфер, рекомендую всем! Оперативно отвечают на вопросы, ценник адекватный. Водитель внимательный, любезный, встретил в аэропорту. Общались через гугл-переводчика, никаких проблем) Авто соответствует обещанному, чистое, комфортное. Довезли нас до места быстро, без накладок. Обратный трансфер закажем тоже здесь. Минусов нет.

7 августа у нас был вылет из Анальи, заказав трансфер у фирмы около отеля, мы не могли подумать, что он не приедет. Пришлось экстренно искать замену. Тогда в спешке в телеграмм нашли трансфер mixturgo и машина быстро была подана. Доехали очень быстро, ещё и время в запасе осталось. Очень вежливый водитель, помог с багажом.
