I applied for the removal and installation of a Volkswagen T5 car generator. When calling, they announced the price of 100 rubles for removal and installation (the generator is removed in these cars only by switching the car to service mode) but they wanted to remove it from below. As a result, the amount of removal and installation increased to 150 rubles.
I also called them and asked how quickly they could remove it, they said that there was a free place you could bring it at 11:00. As a result, it stood for up to 2-3 hours and I was handed it (the generator) only at 16:00.
Of course, after they had to quarrel with them, they pressed the car for me at 20:00 (although they wanted to postpone it until tomorrow).
This kind of work is called grab everyone and don 't have time for anyone .
Moreover, this is the second time an appeal for this HUNDRED. Yes, maybe I did it. But I think if the first time is excusable, then the second time is already a pattern.
I've been doing this a hundred times already. I am glad that they work on weekends, it is very convenient. They repaired the electrics, suspension, brakes, and changed the GUR pump. There are no complaints about the quality of work, and everything is fine in terms of speed.
There is no concept of recording! I signed up for repairs in a couple of days. I arrived on the appointed day. They reproached me for not calling again and asking if the lift was free (it turned out to be busy). This situation has happened 3 times in a year!
The complaint book was not given!
They said that they would be able to fix the malfunction 100%, but they needed to leave the car. After my request to fix the problem in my presence (that I would wait), they refused to take it at all. What the fuck are they going to do with my car while I'm gone?! It's disgusting. I'll never go back there.
