I was faced with the fact that when making a car, the manager thinks that he is the only one working, and a client who bought a car for 15000000 can sit for half a day terrible service, the staff is slow. In the morning, I clarified that the documents were ready , but come and waited an hour and a half for the documents to be issued .A person who arrives for ready-made documents expects to receive documents and cars and all the rest. Please note that this is not very convenient.
