I live in St. Petersburg and a trip to Petropavlovsk was planned in the summer of 2024. When I arrived, I realized that my dad was no longer the same respectable man, a Russian Railways driver, but a sick, aged man with a heart condition, chronic hypertension, and with this bouquet, respectively, he could no longer control the train. Before the trip, I searched for a cardiologist for a long time. After reading the reviews on the website + information about education, I decided that this doctor is definitely our option, he looks like a solid educated man, with good reviews, Russian education - we will help. I came to the reception with my dad and went to the office together. The first thing I noticed was that the doctor was sitting in a sprawl with his legs crossed, it caught my eye. I quickly dismissed this impression, I think this is not an indicator, the doctor should be good. Next, I heard that my father is an alcoholic and why did we come here at all and what do we want from him here, why did my daughter come, where is my wife, what is she doing now? I couldn't help myself and immediately spoke out for what purpose people come to doctors in general and what does the wife and her absence have to do with it. Further, the tone decreased, there was an examination, an ECG. The doctor prescribed an increase in the dose of enap. We left. Dad accepted the appointment, and I was with him accordingly all the days of my arrival. The pressure is 220! That's the result! After that, I randomly, without any feedback, signed up my dad to Anar Sergalievna, a cardiologist at another center, where the doctor, a completely young good-natured and tactful girl, at one glance, sorry, drew attention to my dad's neck, determined that there were problems with blood vessels, sent for ultrasound of the vessels of the neck, removed the enap - because he also the allergic reaction turned out to be!!!!! My dad had an operation, a stent was put on as soon as possible! She saved his life! And people like Propashchev need to be sent to courses of communication with clients and for training, advanced training.
Dear Mitralia, When you take a doctor into Cooperation, at least you do basic work with him on working with clients, since you take money for receptions. In the clinic, doctors sometimes work more politely and tactfully.
There is no question about the service to the very center! A beautiful smiling admin, goes to meet you on recording issues (we visited another specialist, I will write a positive review as we get to the final on the issue). There are really no queues. The receptions were clearly on the record. But some doctors, like Propashchev, do not understand where they got to, they need to work with such people to provide paid services
I like one doctor there, or rather, a neuropathologist, Irina Alekseevna. I haven't seen such a talented person for a long time! I will not list all her advantages (the list is very long), I can only say that this person is in his place.
The only advantage of this institution is the polite staff.The qualifications of doctors are in great doubt.The gynecologist, although an elderly woman, has a complete lack of tact.The desire to visit a second time has evaporated.

When asked if a repeat appointment of the same doctor is paid, they answered "All appointments are paid, regardless of whether they are Repeated or primary." Further, after reading the review about this clinic and about this doctor, I did not dare to throw money away again! I had to find time, lose money again (Time is money) to contact the Skin.vein.disp., there the doctor only had enough to listen to my symptoms (symptoms appear around 21.00). they prescribed a diagnosis, I cautiously asked the diagnosis, to which they replied with a grin, "It's obviously "Urticaria"".
