Convenient location, close to the center. The rooms are clean, nice bed linen is cleaned every day, linen is changed every 3 days. The rooms are a bit noisy, good audibility. Room 202 is located above the technical room, you can hear the noise of a washing machine and a boiler hanging outside. The breakfasts are meager and monotonous, although the staff tries their best and if something runs out on the table, they will bring it. In general, it's a good place, after walking, the noise does not interfere with sleep) and there are many places to eat in Tbilisi!

Nice, clean hotel. In the center, but at the same time a quiet street. I would recommend a hotel if you need to stay 1-2 nights. We rented a 2-room room, and the second room had no windows at all. I consider this a big disadvantage.
The breakfasts are not bad, there are pancakes and scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage, beans and some of the traditional snacks. Everything is cleanly cooked and not bad enough.
The location is good. Nearby, if you go down, it is very beautiful. You will find several temples and everything you need.

The hotel is located near the city center. The staff is very responsive, if there were any questions, everything was solved right there. Delicious breakfasts. On the day of departure, we left early, lunch boxes were prepared for us on the road. It was very pleasant.

I'll start, according to tradition, with the pros.
The hotel is located in the historic Avlabari district, where Mikhail Lermontov painted his famous painting "View of Tiflis".

Lermontov is not only a recognized world classic of literature, but also an interesting artist.
There is a view of the Kura River (Mtvari in Georgian) directly from the hotel.
The hotel itself is new. Fresh. Clean.
The rooms are cozy and bright.
The staff is very friendly.
The breakfasts are not too varied, but hearty and delicious.
Within walking distance of the historical center, the Metekhi temple, the cable car over the Kura.
Among the disadvantages: weak noise insulation of the doors. You can hear everything that happens in the hallway. But it saves that the corridor is small and the neighbors are one, two and gone. Separately, I would like to note the morning cleaning, when the staff has a walkie-talkie in their pocket, which constantly broadcasts something loudly and wakes anyone up. But who comes to Tbilisi to sleep?
Get up soon and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of a unique city!
I gave four stars for the lack of an elevator.

Not a bad hotel in the historical center of Tbilisi, within walking distance to the sights. Breakfasts at
the restaurant are fried, fatty, but you can find cheese and boiled Eggs. The room is tiny, a huge minus for us is the view from the bed to the toilet through the glass partition.I did not understand this design inspiration of progressive Georgians.If you don't want to watch your roommate fix the need, go out on the balcony and close the door....Kapets.Also, the water outlet in the shower is exactly against the completion of the glass partition,those.it is impossible to hang a flowing shower-it will wet the toilet and the bathroom floor, but it is impossible to pull it over- a short hose. Moreover, such a joke with a bathroom in superior rooms, standards-everything is normal, without design frills.

A nice hotel on a quiet street in the historic Avlabar district.
Breakfast is a buffet, almost unchanged daily, but despite this, it was to my taste, so I went to breakfast with pleasure - eggplant salad and hot toasts with butter and plum jam - delicious.
Bottled water was replenished daily, the same with cosmetic kits, tea and coffee. There was also a kettle with a tea pair.
Cleaning is done daily, with a change of towels.
In general, I left a good impression.
