Everything is very beautiful inside the establishment. Polite staff. Good guards. I put 4 stars, because the tinctures are just for an amateur. I didn't like the words at all. There were different ones in the set, and 4 of them were the same (no one warned that there was no one). And in the set where the meat chips are, there were no chips (again, no one warned). But overall, not bad

The mystery was chosen for a corporate party and for good reason. I do not dispute that the institution can be very pleasant for a small company when you want to kill a free evening, drink a cocktail and sing songs, but you should not count on something more. There is no decent service in this establishment, no cuisine, no additional New Year's programs. Even the minimum that was provided was provided through the stump deck - the equipment was constantly malfunctioning and the presenter could not communicate with the guests, the food was disgusting, only salads were normal, the chicken was so tough that I absolutely did not want to eat it, and bruschettas are generally something that does not even look appetizing, but on the the taste is something terribly greasy. Well, even these are basically small things and you could close your eyes, but communicating with the administrator is the epogee of the whole evening - she managed to spoil the mood for absolutely everyone, and our company was not small. But what was the last straw was that people started running into our corporate event from the street. I was shocked by such arrogance. Therefore, I definitely do not recommend this institution, the staff should definitely learn how to communicate with guests, and the director should remember that small talk always goes sideways.

On November 29th we visited this wonderful institution. The service is at the highest level, everyone communicates very politely and courteously. The hookah maker is just wonderful, clarified everything and made just the perfect hookah. The perfect evening is provided for you!!!!

We celebrated the New Year 2025 in this institution, a company of 6 people.
And the New Year was irrevocably ruined.
Pre-orders for food and alcohol were made and paid for in advance. We were promised that at 23.00 they would serve appetizers, cuts, salads in full, and half an hour later hotter. The result: we arrived at 23.00 and sat down at an empty table. We also met the chimes at 00.00 at an empty table, only alcohol was brought. And then, with a fight, they knocked out our bottle of whiskey for 300 rubles, which they did not want to bring us! The appetizers were served at about 00:30. Closer to 1 a.m., two hot steaks arrived - without (!) side dish, we returned them. Apparently, the establishment assumed that part of our company would eat a naked steak, then a side dish separately, and "snack" on a salad at the end, although the sequence for normal people is different. As a result, the salads arrived at 01.10, and the whole hot dish with side dishes at 01.30. Horror.
Both administrators are absolutely prostrated, one (a short brunette) only knows how to yell like a madwoman at the waiters and roll her eyes. None of them apologized for the situation. Didn't offer a discount. Or some kind of compliment. It's just 0. As if such an outrage is the norm for this institution.
Regarding the promised program, we did not notice it. Until about 00:30, there was a leading girl, but it's hard to call it a program, there were no contests. And it was over as soon as it started. They promised a bartender show, but there wasn't one.
The only one we have no complaints about is Daniel, the waiter, a pleasant young man who tried to smooth over the situation and apologized.

I don't recommend it. We ordered a karaoke room for a corporate party. It was 18:00. By the appointed time, the tables were not set for the word <at all>, I assume that they simply forgot about us! The food was tasteless, the bruschettas were served on a loaf fried in butter (it didn't look like a ciabatta or baguette at all)), the hot stuff was also without a hitch, the food was not clear at all, peanuts were present in the bulk of the nuts in the cheese slicing (Karl, peanuts!Not almonds, hazelnuts or, in extreme cases, walnuts, but peanuts!!) the tastes were not bright, the tables were not put together, the team sat separately. The restroom was in another room, one of our team's employees was stopped by a security guard on his way to an important institution (3 times more than the employee himself) and decided that he should leave the institution (where you saw the corporate party without his colleagues), after a lengthy discussion with the guard, it was still allowed from the royal shoulder just a little more time before the first remark. And in order to know who is the boss in the house, the guard decided that it would be best to stand with our arms crossed over our chest in the rented hall and closely monitor the moral character of the team (thank you at least for not lining us up with a sobriety check). At the end of the evening, there was a call for an outfit in full uniform, as well as a district policeman for damaging a sofa with charcoal from a hookah... and an employee!!! Although the hall was rented by a company! The director had contact numbers, but the director decided that the impressions of the corporate party should be ruined. I note that the company did not refuse to determine the damage, they simply did not consider it necessary to notify it..
So, if you have a desire to spoil your mood, eat poorly, and feel like a first-grader in front of the head teacher, welcome to the Mystery!!!

A disgusting establishment that ruined our company's NEW YEAR.
Why is there a pre-order for food and an 80% prepayment? The table was booked for 11:00 a.m., there were forks, knives, glasses and a bottle of wine in which, as it turned out, there was ordinary water, there was nothing else. The waiters rarely came. We met the chimes with one cheese plate and a bottle of prosecco for 6 people, food and drinks were knocked out from the receptionist. The receptionist at this institution is useless, she couldn't do her job. We were served our own dishes: salads, hot dishes, and additional sets with sliced meat two hours later (the time of serving was specified in the pre-order). THE ADMINISTRATOR DID NOT TRY TO RESOLVE THE CONFLICT .
There was no New Year 's show program as such . There was a "presenter " who communicated with the guests . The music was not bad, but the DJ was rude, he didn't let me order the songs, he rudely asked me to step away from the console.
AND THE SADDEST THING WAS THAT AT THE END OF THE EVENING, THE ALARM BUTTON WAS PRESSED (it was quiet in the establishment) AND WE WERE "POLITELY" ASKED TO LEAVE, BECAUSE THE POLICE WOULD ARRIVE.
I strongly do not recommend visiting this place, especially if you are celebrating significant dates for yourself.

We were with colleagues at work in Grodno. We accidentally entered the cafe and were pleasantly surprised: friendly administrators greeted us at the entrance. The polite waiters immediately accepted the order and brought it very quickly.
We recommend author's teas to everyone!
The next time we visit Grodno, we will definitely visit this place!

Microphones, however, are not very good... The service (especially before leaving) almost negated the pleasant impression. We waited 40 minutes for the bill, after which they calculated us (accepted the payment), but they never gave us the bill. Back then, they noted the disrespectful attitude of the DJ towards us. We were there recently, and the situation is the same. Because of him, we don't choose this place to rest, He responds as if he came to rest, not you. He behaves with exaggerated indifference, condescending and arrogant. It's very frustrating.

I decided to celebrate my birthday in the lamp circle of friends.
The choice fell on the Mystery in order to create a new place in the city.
So, I'll start.
1. A very pleasant interior with several halls. Unobtrusive music. Perfect to spend a Thursday evening.
2. The kitchen is above all the basement. No one expected it to be so delicious. The bright and unobtrusive flavors of the sauces, the cooking of the meat is so great that it melted in your mouth.

I recently visited this place with a friend and it left behind only positive emotions.
We ordered bruschetta with beef, it was just very tasty, juicy, a lot!
Atmospheric music, pleasant atmosphere!
We were served by a waitress, Alice, who was as tactful, polite, and attentive as possible. I was able to help with the choice, after which we were very satisfied!

It was celebrated on February 14th.
Of the advantages, only the work of the girl and the guy leading the karaoke, and the interior of the institution itself.
Minuses:
- finally explain to your kitchen and waiters that you need to bring hot food at the same time! They brought it to me 20 minutes earlier than my companion... as a result, I can't fully appreciate the taste of the dish, because I had to eat it cold…
- the waitress girl messed up our order for alcohol: instead of a BOTTLE of PINK wine, she brought A GLASS of WHITE. How is that even possible?) After that, she apologized, approached my boyfriend and offered to pay for this glass of white, which she could no longer sell and which she took away.... As a result, we have + 9 rubles in the bill for wine that we did not order or drink!
- when booking a table on the phone, they said that by 14 there would be a program in the karaoke room (only entrance to it costs 15 rubles per person), for the sake of which this room was booked. As a result, there was no program there. Just a photo zone in another room.
- a deposit of 100 rubles was left at the time of booking. When the waitress brought the bill and the terminal for payment, she was not even aware of the deposit…

We visited this institution for the first time, on New Year's Eve. My impressions of the place were very twofold. On the one hand, the kitchen was at its best, the dishes were really delicious, the presentation was beautiful, BUT!!! The service is just terrible!!! We were traveling from another city, we chose the place in advance to celebrate NG, carefully chose the kitchen, bar, atmosphere, and, not least, according to the program (which we were promised). As a result, already at the table, after we ordered food, we were informed that there would be no program, which immediately spoiled the mood, actually we came to eat in another city on NG! But even here there was a failure, the dishes were carried for more than three hours, and then, at first, it was hot for two people, after 40 minutes for two more. The snacks arrived less than two hours later. The waiters were most likely recruited during the day, as they could not even answer what a meze is and what it looks like (menu without pictures). The devices had to be controlled, otherwise if they were taken away, there would be nothing to eat, there would be no new ones! The staff of the institution tried very hard to fix the situation, but it is a pity that in such a beautiful place, it was possible to spoil the holiday so much!!!

The day of the reunion was celebrated, half of the menu was on the stop, no one immediately warned about it. I had to choose dishes not those that I wanted, but from what was left available to order. The food is not tasty from the word at all. Only desserts and tincture were delicious. The waiter brings the orders, I don't understand how. One is already sitting with his dish, the second receives his same dish in half an hour. They constantly reminded the waiter what we ordered and asked if they had forgotten us. Desserts were brought to all but one, although they all had the same desserts. Coffee for desserts was brought in 15 minutes when, in principle, the dessert was almost eaten. They waited for the hookah for exactly 40 minutes. The disappointment is complete in the service and maintenance.

I've never eaten carbonara better anywhere (and believe me, as a lover of Italian dishes, I've tried it everywhere)! It has been a long time since there was such a place in Grodno. We went to visit you 400 km in advance, booked a place, made an advance payment, there should have been a New Year's program, in fact we were informed that it was in another hall and there were no seats there! Why not report this in advance is unclear!
