The center is wonderful for both adults and children.
Minus:
- shoes are in the chaos of arrivals.
- if you leave water at the entrance to the center, be prepared that it may not be there when you come. It is not comme il faut to constantly go down to the first floor to the storage room for water.
- Cafes with pizzerias are a SHOCK to me. After paying for the pizza, the young man, with his bare, untreated hands, helped the cook lay out the ingredients for the pizza.
Positive:

-good staff (instructors) will help, tell you how to do it right, what is more interesting.
- the main thing is that the children liked it!

Guys! This is the best thing in Gomel for holding children's events!!! Great atmosphere, bombastic active zone, you can sit at the tables "with your own", just buy something at the bar.
Minuses: you need to look after the child YOURSELF, i.e. you will not be able to let the child go before the age of 7 and relax.
Despite these disadvantages, you guys are the best in Gomel. Keep it up !

The game room is cold, it stinks, everything is torn off, there is little light. In a room with sofas and tables, you feel like at a train station. We saved as much as we could on repairs. The spirit of the USSR is present everywhere. Photographers who impose photos and sell magnets with photos of your children at crazy prices. Make them cut all the photos in front of you when you leave. They won't give it away anyway. I don't recommend it.

A huge minus!!! Instructors do not monitor the safety of the Tubing flow, but only make sure that the children jump on the trampoline one at a time. Everyone just sits and listens to music with headphones anyway.
Although the child was knocked down on the tubing, of course he was satisfied and got off with fright.

A bad cinema, if there was a choice, they would have avoided it, but other cinemas do not take on some releases, so I had to go there.
The interior and furnishings in the "waiting room" and the cafe at the same time are a quiet horror, it looks repulsive and you simply don't want to spend time there, so it's better to approach right under the session.
The screen is dim, but it seems to be out of focus. In the middle of the session, it becomes difficult to keep track of what is happening. The sound is also so-so, but the seats seem to be fine (it would be better the other way around).
It is absolutely normal for the staff to enter in the middle of the session and start walking around to adjust the air conditioners, which emit a characteristic squeak with each change. At the same time, they set it up so that it gets really cold, they were even afraid that we would freeze something for ourselves.
But it's not all about the staff. The entire staff of the institution is without masks, and visitors are also not required to comply with the mask regime. I wonder where the regulatory authorities are looking? But this is not about them.
The occupancy rate of the hall is zero, while of course they sell tickets so that people sit shoulder to shoulder, which also does not help much in ensuring security.
I was also amused that the price list shows an additional fee for 3D glasses, that is, if the film assumes 3D, then in addition to the ticket price (which is so higher than the average in the city) you must also pay extra for glasses lol.

There are no towels, no soap, no cake knives and nothing at all except the sink and the microwave.
The game room is very dirty, dark and cold, warm socks will not help. For the first and last time we celebrated a birthday there.
The staff is not polite, one hundred and forty thousand empty words and nothing to the point.
We (the Customers) were definitely not expected there.

We visited this entertainment center with children.The place is really good! There are a lot of positive emotions. If not for one big "but" ... the staff at the reception ... did not tell about the prices, but immediately the price per hour and the total amount(as if to get rid of it)....as a result, it turned out that we could spend time there for a different amount (cheaper).No apologies were offered, but only a "shrug of the shoulders." I would like these employees to continue to do their job in good faith!

The cinema is at strange prices, the closer to the beginning, the more expensive it is.
