It's a wonderful place, no matter what anyone says. We are all human, we all make mistakes. I go there often with a girl. I admit, sometimes there are mistakes, but it's not important. I also used to work in catering and I know that both admins and cooks get tired there. Communication with clients, of course, is lame, but it's nothing. And I also think if the customers were more polite, then the staff would have heard them then. And then, as I remember, such clients come that they won't even say hello, but just come home and say: Give me what to give you, we can't give it. He can accept the order, he can make it, but he definitely won't give it. And then they wonder why this attitude is.

This is probably the worst restaurant I know, I'll explain. On December 1, we placed an order in the application, it says delivery in 45 minutes. An hour passed, I called to clarify, to which the girl replied, "the courier has left a long time ago." After waiting another 30-40 minutes, I called again to clarify. Again, the answer was that the courier had left and was about to arrive. As a result, 2 hours have passed since the order was accepted. The point from us is well, 500 meters away at most. As a result, of course, we had to refuse and re-order and go ourselves, which took 15 minutes. And today, on December 3, I made an order in the application, well, of course, for pickup, your order was accepted in the application, the time indicated was 15 minutes. As a result, 15 minutes passed, I went to pick up the order, to which the girl replied that it was canceled because there was no chicken!!! I'm shocked!!!! When I left the point, I received a notification that the order was canceled! This is just a disgusting attitude towards people!

I ordered a kebab here many times, and I was deceived many times! Yesterday was the last straw of my patience.I write in the comments to the order not to put cucumbers-they put them down, okay, next time I ask again not to put them down-they put them down again...I write to add sauce-they don't add it!They take money, but the sauce doesn't even smell! And this attitude is almost always there, and when you call them, they apologize and offer a 15% discount on the next order...and why do I need a discount on my next order if I want to eat now? I want to eat the way I like...In general, that's it, don't set foot there anymore. I am attaching a photo so as not to be unfounded, this is Chicago and I asked to add teriyaki sauce to it... Mustard is just a little bit, but teriyaki doesn't even smell, and it was 100 times, if not more...
