Very bad. For the last orders (5-7), there has never been a normal shawarma. The shawarma is almost always cold and poorly fried. Increasingly, friends began to talk about underweight. I ordered it again yesterday. I brought it home and weighed it. Instead of the promised 550g package (shawarma+ paper bag+ packing bag +napkins + order bag) weighed 464g!!! It turns out they sold me !!!A LITTLE ONE!!!(not even an average) shawarma at a GREAT price. I picked it up before closing and didn't bring the shawarma back because they were closed.The staff is not friendly or polite at all. Very bad!!!

Not only did I wait for the order for more than an hour, but the shawarma was not delicious either! The shawarma itself was cold, the meat was tough and overcooked, the cucumbers were too sour, just thrown in the trash! The most terrible shawarma I've ever tasted!

I made a reservation at 15:00 for 19:00. Upon arriving at the place, the girl told me that the wait would be more than 20 minutes, since they were loaded. I said that I had a pre-order made 4 hours ago. The girl frantically began to look for him and not finding him (she realized that she had missed) without remorse, she said that she needed to wait 5 minutes, while smiling maliciously. There was no order after 5 or 10 minutes, the girl also clucked indignantly. We waited all 30 minutes in the end. No apologies, moreover, they demanded deposits of funds twice)))) in the application itself, there is no reaction to the complaint from the management. Thank you, no more)
