Excellent location, fresh renovation. The price is very attractive for this area of Tel Aviv. Three minutes to the Park, five minutes to the sea on foot. We will definitely come back.

Great place! For companies or families with children. There are shops, parks and the sea nearby. The beach and the promenade are gorgeous!
