We have ordered delivery more than once and managed to try all the soups from the menu, and each of them is a real masterpiece. Each dish impresses with the depth of taste, the perfect balance of spices and the freshness of the ingredients.
From the rest of the menu, I'll mention nems and steamed buns with meat (sorry, they were removed from the delivery). There are a lot of fragrant, spicy fillings, little dough, the nems are not greasy, and the fish sauce with lemon to them is just 1000 out of 10.
The delivery is also on the level. The order arrives perfectly hot, as if it had just been removed from the stove. The packaging is thought out to the smallest detail: soups in airtight containers, sauces and herbs in separate containers, nothing leaks or mixes on the way.
And the service deserves special mention. There was a problem with the last order - the wrong soup was delivered. The issue was resolved in just 3 minutes by phone - they sent us the right soup, with a small but very pleasant bonus. All without any additional charges and the first order was completely left with us.

Pleasant atmosphere. Polite and attentive staff, which is very important for me, for example!!! The food is delicious, satisfying, beautifully executed and there is no heaviness in the stomach afterwards. What else I liked... Everything that you haven't finished, even if "one spoonful" is left, is wrapped up with you, and they don't look at you like you're crazy.

This Vietnamese restaurant serves delicious, authentic food. Fo bo with tender meat, fragrant broth and fresh herbs just melted in my mouth. A place with sincere people who have created their own space filled with caring for guests. The food is amazingly delicious! Fo bo is the best in town! We also tried spring rolls with shrimp and mango, nems, lemonades. I really liked the creamy mango smoothie, moreover, that I am not a fan of dairy drinks. Vietnamese coffee surprised with an unusual serving and a pleasant flavor combination.

It's a very cozy place. The staff is super polite. Pho Bo is very tasty, you can adjust the taste and sharpness yourself. And the mango tea that the waiter offered was simply too much, it was the most delicious thing anyone had ever drunk.

The only places in the cafe are not enough, only one table for 4 people, ~ 4 more tables for two, so if you are going to a company, then book a large table in advance

Very polite and pleasant staff, a cozy atmosphere and just excellent service.
Of those that I've tried, this one is definitely the best in the city.
The quality of the products was also pleasing, as well as the amount of beef in the soup.
When I read the comments, I became interested in the fact that the ambassador had visited. When I ate, I realized why. Everything is insanely delicious.
I also took rolls, which are also quite interesting)

Everything was so delicious, savory, mouth-watering, and fragrant that we needed a tow truck.🙈 Pho bo, ban bao, spring rolls, hot rolls, rice with vegetables, chicken with noodles, tiramisu, Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, latte with orio....We barely left... we also bought some goodies with us. Large and delicious portions. Beef in fo bo is generally a separate art form. The lemon chicken was juicy, the rice was tender and crumbly. The girl who took the orders is wonderful: she told me everything, took away the ingredients that I don't eat. It is very clean and cozy inside. We will definitely come again.

Everything is at the highest level. I very rarely go to restaurants and cafes, but yesterday I went - and I didn't regret it at all. I haven't enjoyed eating like this for a very long time. I took Fo Bo with spicy beef - I was satisfied. It is worth mentioning separately about the service. I have not seen this anywhere else. The girls treat their work with a good mood, and give the same mood to their visitors. And they taught me how to eat with chopsticks, and they told me about the ingredients, and even just chatted)). We tried shrimp soup, chicken salad, lemon chicken and spring rolls with tofu. Everything was very tasty! The feed is instant. The hostess of the cafe is very friendly and told us everything in detail about the dishes. Despite some minor flaws, we still give 5 stars.
The place is small, but very cozy. A charming and cultured girl took our orders.
FO BO is just a masterpiece! Incredibly delicious broth and filling. Everything is very harmonious, the balance between filling and broth is perfectly maintained.
However, the drinks upset us: the mango shake turned out to be sour, and the caramel matcha — as if without caramel, we did not like it.
Noodles with seafood are not bad either. There is enough filling, but they brought it to us with three small unpeeled shrimps. We asked the girl if this was the way it should be, apologized and offered to redo it, I refused and asked her to just bring the shrimp, and so we did.
Overall, we enjoyed everything very much. Little things happen everywhere, the main thing is that the institution reacts to the comments of the guests and tries to take them into account.
We will definitely come back here again, thank you, Miss FO!

The whole family of 5 people came here. We ordered a lot of dishes. All the dishes look beautiful.They found a long dyed hair in a dish... They just replaced the dish and apologized .The impression was immediately spoiled. The shrimp had an unpleasant smell. Everyone liked the fried rolls, the only one from the entire menu.Fo Bo was on a very weak broth, there was only one water.

One only for the pho bo, everything else (the hot rolls were deep-fried; the spring rolls are tasteless and the carrot takes over the whole taste, the mango taste is not felt at all, and its aftertaste tastes like the same carrot; fried rice is absolutely tasteless) is a frank hat, I felt like I ate street food at restaurant prices. We took delivery via Yandex.Food. It was a huge disappointment, I expected more from the Vietnamese cuisine.

Ramen is one of the top in Minsk. A good selection of spring rolls for fillings. And I highly recommend trying milkshakes here, they use fresh fruits, not syrups, these are definitely some of the best milkshakes that I have tried.
Although initially in doubt due to the size and position of the institution, I was very pleased, I recommend you to visit ! :)

We went for lunch on the weekend. The place is quite small, there were visitors all the time we were there.
We ordered a small Pho soup and spring rolls. We waited for about 15 minutes. The soup is served with spicy pickled carrots, lemon and chili flakes to regulate the sharpness. The soup itself is standard in composition: noodles, soy sprouts, green onions, beef, broth. The portion is good for lunch, there are enough ingredients. In my opinion, it would be more interesting with lime than with lemon. Spring rolls are served in an amount of 2 pieces with nut sauce. The roll consists of noodles, shrimp, green salad, mango. It tastes good enough. I would prefer some kind of hot sauce as the second or only one.
In general, I liked everything. The total check turned out to be 46.5 BYN.
