It's fine in principle, but the offices are not in order at all, it feels like the office number is moving along with the doctor, and the staff for every 10 doctors are 3 well, so nasty and evil that it's even scary to go to them, well, there are a lot of people in the queue for example for a general blood test and you can sit at least an hour (although there are two blood reception rooms, and there are 4 doctors in these offices), if you come right in the morning, you will already be in line 50th, or even more, so there is a life hack if you come somewhere closer to 11, at 10:00 or 10:30 there will be very few people and it will be possible to cope in 20 minutes
A neurologist has not been able to come to a sick person's house for 3 months! An examination is needed, some kind of treatment is prescribed, but there are no changes. They came to take tests at home, the results are bad and the therapist knows this, but does not take any measures!
The most terrible clinic I've ever encountered. There are helpless grannies in the help desk who don't know anything. They don't know anything at the reception either, they send it to the help desk. I reached the head of the department. I sat in line for an hour and a half because he went out into the corridor to flirt with the staff. I did not let anyone into the office without a card, and those same cards were not brought for a long time. He started the reception immediately in raised tones, but probably decided not to conflict and still helped to sort out the issue that arose.
In general, I spent half a day in this clinic, but the service was refused 👍🏻

In this difficult time of the pandemic, Ekaterina Vladimirovna provides all possible assistance to ordinary citizens. It so happened that my brother got sick with COVID. My brother and his wife and my parents live in the apartment, i.e. four people. When the symptoms appeared, the brother came to the clinic and passed the test (although he did not feel bad), his wife felt much worse, but they did not do the test for her, they prescribed a couple of drugs and that was it. No one did anything to the parents either, they just gave them sick leave. Ekaterina Vladimirovna was replacing the head at that time and did not work at the site. There were other doctors. Meanwhile, my brother and his wife were getting worse and worse, the brigade was called a couple more times, but nothing changed... It's going to be really bad, call an ambulance, that's all they were told. And finally, our doctor, Ekaterina Vladimirovna Bondarenko, came)) At one point, she prescribed a test for her brother's wife (it turned out to be positive), and for her parents (thank God they were negative). I prescribed treatment for everyone, my brother's family and parents for prevention. He keeps the issue under control, calls and asks how and what. On the second day of receiving the prescribed treatment, Ekaterina Vladimirovna's brother and daughter-in-law became much easier, revived, if I may say so. Those who were ill will understand. I am very grateful to this specialist, that's what it means that a person really works in his place! There would be more such people. And I would advise the administration to encourage such specialists and set an example for others.
