Rudeness from the neurologist ZHELEZKO Yu.S. is not to be taken up. The mother had a disgusting attitude towards a patient of pre-retirement age who came for emergency help for trigeminal neuralgia (acute attack), and the hospital was open (with a therapist who tried to refer him to a neurologist), but the therapist provides help (although this is not his profile) in the end. It's a disgrace. There are no coupons, and an attempt to get on a first-come, first-served basis (and people were more empathetic than the doctor, there were only two of them in line) to get help (I remind you, the person had an acute attack at the moment) was literally rudely kicked out, despite the condition. The doctor did not even try (!) to raise her head, look at the patient and understand the request for help or what was happening (the man was in tears, with a distorted face and a serious pain syndrome that was obvious to the doctor), but only used her raised tone of voice for commands. This is an absolutely unprofessional approach. Perhaps it's time to send a doctor for a refresher course? Otherwise, how to explain the inability to communicate with patients? A complaint and an appeal to the management of the clinic will be drawn up.
