How can I issue coupons to an optometrist of 10 pcs. for a week. I understand that there are no doctors, etc., etc. But is it possible for people to go through MSEC? Should I take it at least one day a week? People come to take coupons at 5 a.m... It's a terrible hospital, no one cares about people that I haven't been able to get a ticket to an optometrist since September. I will send a complaint to the RPN.)))

Some doctors' qualifications leave much to be desired. Yes, there was not so much information before and patients did not understand much about their illness, which these doctors used.
