9Untill 2025 they forced people to come to their office and fill out monthly paper report on gas consumption. Then one had to stay in line at the box office to pay for gas without any alternative (except bank transfer) and pay 2% fee for the intermediary service. WTF? I dont want to use this service! Ok only from 2025 they started online site where you can control your consumption and costs and added paying option through online payment application with 2% commission fee. Thanks god! P.s it is about legal consumers .
