Great hotel! The level is very high! The staff solves any issue! Clear! High-quality! The breakfast is not the most refined, but my wife and I had it "behind our backs") The coffee is delicious, even in the car!) The rooms have everything... from soap accessories to a kettle and tea. We've been there twice, and I'm thrilled!

A fairly new hotel from a chain of hotels owned by the same family, often either relatives or acquaintances work here, there are no stray workers. I have been flying to Tashkent for the 20th time in the last 3 years and have stayed in these hotels 18 times, I do not want to change. The staff is very friendly and ready to help in everything (they will receive the ordered food for you, at any time they will help you warm and serve it, they will give you sports slippers for the pool if you forgot your own, they will give you change in the currency you need, they will call the restaurant, clarify the menu, arrange and order delivery if you do not speak Uzbek, etc.). I would like to mention separately even the overly caring receptionist/evening receptionist Mehrozh and the hotel manager Sarvar - they will carefully do everything to make you comfortable and convenient. The undeniable advantage of this hotel is that they provide FREE access not to their own ordinary, but to an international fitness center located in the next entrance (I do not understand to what extent you need to be a spoiled young lady to criticize the hotel for not only allowing her to go there for free, when others pay a lot of money for it (100 rubles per year!), but you see, they did not punch a separate passage in the wall for her there, which is written in the previous review - by the way, as of 11/12/2024 there is already a passage from the second floor of the hotel directly to X-Fit). I didn't want to sweat with a barbell, but I couldn't deny myself such a pleasure to relax before going to bed in the sauna, hammam and pool. The pool there is a separate song! It is with salted water, like sea water, but with low mineralization. I've never been to such pools and I was getting high here!!! The water is pleasant 29 degrees, holds you slightly, there is no unpleasant smell of chlorination, soft and pleasant to the skin and even getting into the mouth does not cause discomfort, but what can I say: I did not take swimming glasses with me and swam in the pool underwater for the FIRST time with my eyes open – there was no discomfort and redness of the eyes, just I love diving and swimming the pool underwater (its length is 18 meters and 3 wide paths). The most luxurious rest, relaxation and pleasure from: hammam, cold shower and 10-15 minutes in the pool – and so several times in a circle = just a fairy tale!!! The rooms are clean, everything is new: furniture, decoration, bed linen with towels, a huge TV and a large room area. A standard set: toothbrush, soap, gel, shampoo, toothbrush and paste, etc., a spoon and a sponge for shoes, an umbrella will be offered at the reception. The bathroom! And a shower with tropical watering cans. Air conditioning and heating batteries - everything is regulated by yourself to install a comfortable microclimate, the bathroom has a heated floor. The light in the corridors lights up from motion sensors, there is an elevator, although the hotel occupies only 3 floors. The breakfasts are good, sufficient in content and taste. The slicing and baking on the plates are tightened in a stretch so as not to wind up. I left at 6:30 in 30 minutes. Before the restaurant opened, they did not bring a lunch box with fruits and a sandwich on duty, but even a container with a hot omelet and fried vegetables. I was predictably satisfied, I recommend it to everyone! Next time, I'll go back to them and I won't forget my swimming glasses and a pool cap (although they didn't require this from me there, unlike local visitors to the fitness center).

The staff is polite and friendly, 2.6 kilometers from the airport. There is a transfer, but it is quite expensive, 20 dollars. There are 18 thousand soms on Yandex taxi in the morning

Helpful staff, generally clean hotel and rooms. There is nothing more to add from the good. From the first day (and I stayed for 2 weeks), they promise that there will be a passage inside the hotel to the pool and fitness. In fact, going down the street to someone else's fitness center. It's uncomfortable and uncomfortable to go out wet after a pool or an intense workout. It is a deception of the consumer to claim that your hotel has these benefits when it is not in the hotel. The breakfasts are very meager, they do not look presentable, packed in cellophane. It is impossible to drink coffee, there is a Safi coffee shop nearby, we went there for coffee. Room service leaves much to be desired, the shower is broken, the phone in the room did not work. I forgot my swimsuit in their room, after the eviction they did not return it, saying that they had not found it. Either stolen or thrown away. It's not the first time I've forgotten things in hotels, and in good-level hotels everything is found and returned, but this is not the case. If you need to spend 1 night in a hotel after a flight, it's okay. Long-term accommodation is definitely not.

A luxurious hotel and great staff! The whole period of stay was clean, cozy, delicious, comfortable. The hall is designed with a national flavor. The rooms are well renovated, plumbing, balcony. On an early (overnight) flight, I was given a lunch box with breakfast. It was unexpectedly pleasant.

A chic hotel, helpful staff, clean room, huge and comfortable bed. The dining area is great. I arrived early, and I was immediately checked in, apparently the hotel had such an opportunity.
