Because I have not lived in Minsk for a long time, I was looking for reviews on drive2, the choice fell on Mirvin service. I called up and described the situation, they told me to take the car.
The next day, as promised, they called and told me what happened - the cardan's crosspiece was broken..
Since the car is in service, I decided to immediately replace the front brake discs, pads and fluid.
Now about the conclusions:
1. I have not met a more human and honest approach for all the time of car maintenance (the owner was constantly in touch, photo reports on work, gave the car to the sun - when the service has a day off!!! the owner came himself - personally)
2. prices are not high, hands are straight, BMW expertise is at the level
3. I was very pleased with the culture of the center - everything is clean, the tools are in place, there are no oil spills, etc. - it's nice to be here!
In general, my conclusion is this - the service is excellent, the management is honest - now I will only service the car in Mirvin.
