This is not the first time I have contacted a travel agency. Many thanks to Evgenia for her understanding, professionalism and responsible approach to work! I bought a tour to Egypt at the hotel, Rehana Sharm Resort Aqua Park 4*. In general, I liked the rest. The only nuance of rest is the presence of mosquitoes in the hotel and the sea, which is not entirely acceptable to me (knee-deep, and you can only swim from the pier), but I chose this hotel myself, so there are no complaints against the travel agency. The territory is green and large. The food is excellent. Daily animation for kids and adults. The rooms have everything you need. There is a 15-minute transfer from the airport to the hotel. About the vacation itself: we were vacationing in Thailand in October 2024, Nina picked up a luxury hotel for us, with a beautiful view, which is very cool after a long flight. The first coastline, the service at the hotel is excellent. Nina is an amazing employee and person! For the next round, of course, only to her!!!!
