The hotel was chosen based on reviews and location. We stayed at the hotel from 27-29.01.2025. Very friendly and lovely girls at the reception, responsive and sympathetic. The rooms are large, clean and very cozy. The breakfast period is 07.00-10.30, the restaurant is clean, the menu is varied and delicious, the dishes are quickly sorted and the waiters fill the empty plates just as quickly, they never said: it's over! A transfer from the airport can be arranged at the hotel, which we certainly took advantage of. I would like to say a special thanks to the hotel driver, Kazbek! I have been in touch all three days of my stay in Astana. I met you at the airport, a city tour, a trip to the shopping and business center and the route back to the airport - everything is on time, safe and trouble-free! Do I recommend Mirotel-yes!

A wonderful hotel! I really liked it. The photo is more modest ... impressed by the excellent staff! Very friendly, courteous staff. Cozy rooms. A wonderful buffet. If Astana, then ONLY the Mir Hotel!!!! (Standard room for two. Kettle, tea, bottled water, slippers, bathrobes, daily replacement of toothbrushes (it just amazed me), toothpaste, shampoos and shower gel. Thank you very much! I liked the hotel VERY MUCH. I recently stayed at this hotel, and my impressions were extremely positive. I really liked the room — cozy, clean and spacious, with comfortable furniture. We were in Astana for a couple of days, we chose this hotel.
The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, but at the same time, as I understand it, it is the center. They 're all close . We didn't even have to travel by public transport.
The hotel is very clean!
The furniture is new .
The plumbing is new.
All electrical appliances are working.
The staff is polite.
But the biggest plus for me was the carpet 😁
As a carpet lover, I really appreciated it.
He's everywhere!!! All over the hotel!
So cool, with a high pile))
And there is no garbage in it!

She stayed between October 27 and October 30, 2024 . The hotel is a MIRACLE! Clean, Cozy! In a quiet area, close to the private sector. The U.S. Embassy is within walking distance. View from the window of the Hazret Sultan mosque. The National Museum of Kazakhstan is nearby. The hotel staff is friendly, friendly!!! Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee (if you arrive early before 14.00 and leave late in the evening). There is always a delicious meal in the restaurant. There is a buffet for breakfast.There is a cooler with cold and hot water on the floor. The room is very cozy. The room has everything you need (from a bathrobe and slippers for the bathroom, to an electric kettle, etc.) I personally am delighted! Especially from the staff! I recommend this hotel! And if I have to come to Astana again, I will stay only at this hotel : MirOtel/

I liked the hotel. A nice room (we had a standard for two), a large double bed, comfortable, spacious bathroom, good plumbing in general. There are many different accessories in the bathroom: soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, good quality.
A good breakfast. I was personally pleased with the rice porridge, cottage cheese and pancakes. There are sausages, vegetables, some pastries, halva, nuts.
After lunch at the restaurant, I was also satisfied, but they didn't have a very good wine list.
The staff is helpful and polite. I had to extend the room several times - everything was done, late check-out costs not the whole day, but 40% of the cost of the day.
It is convenient for those who come to the US Embassy - on foot for less than 10 minutes. There are several places nearby where you can eat delicious food.
Of the disadvantages (I hope they will read and take into account):
There is one chair in the room for two. There are accessories for "drinking tea in the room", but it is inconvenient to do it together with one chair.
There are few hangers in the closet (there were 2, and in March you need to hang both coats and shirts, two hangers are not enough for two people). We asked for additional ones and they brought them to us, but it's right that they were right away. And get better hangers.
In our bathroom near the upper shower, the water was flowing to the side - we need to fix it somehow.

Have a good time, everyone! He lived in Mirotele for 60 days. The time is very decent and I want to leave my review because during this time the hotel has become a second home. And so everything is in order ...
1. I was very pleased with the location of the hotel, as it is located on the second line from the central avenue. For me, this is more of a plus than a minus due to the fact that there is simply no street noise and you can sleep with the windows open.
2. Rooms: throughout the room, as well as on all floors except the first, there is an excellent carpet. It made me happy, I could walk without slippers, it was nice for my feet! In general, the rooms themselves are quite spacious. Comparing with many hotels where I have been, the rooms are about 4 sq/m larger than the standard ones, in other respects the same as the bathroom.
3. Cuisine: all dishes are quite healthy. No overcooked or too greasy. I would even say the kitchen is suitable even for athletes. And it's also delicious.
4. Visited the sauna on the ground floor and underwent a Thai massage procedure. The sauna is spacious and the massage is just top. It's all in Ty's color)))
I thank the hotel and its staff for a wonderful two months!

The hotel is nice, the rooms are large, the carpet is everywhere, the bed linen is good. Of the cons, breakfast could have been a little more varied, but even now it is quite possible to eat. Secondly, there was a smell in the toilet in our room, but I don't think that's the case everywhere. The place seems remote when you arrive in the evening, but in fact it's almost the center.

Delicious breakfasts: buffet: food for every taste: and mashed potatoes and various cereals (there was one day corn- great for those who can not gluten), and various sausages, and pancakes with and without stuffing. They always found something to eat.
We extended the room until the evening at half the room rate.

A large double room. The hotel itself is quite new, with only about 50 rooms on 4 floors. Room service is almost invisible to customers, the hotel staff is very friendly. A large, modern, not expensive hotel with a quiet, fast elevator. Corridors lined with thick carpets. Good internet, great restaurant. The staff is beyond praise! We organized the delivery from and to the airport. They took care of my leisure time. They told me where, what and how to see it. All well done. Special respect to the Chef of the restaurant and the attentive and inconspicuous steward!

A great hotel, five stars, friendly staff, soft beds, the only thing is that the cleaners are too diligent, they try to clean the room at 12, we were sleeping at that time, but it didn't bother them, they were eager to clean anyway) and it was like this for several days in a row. A very pleasant hotel. Spacious and optimally equipped rooms, a comfortable lobby, friendly receptionists at the reception. The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Center: near the National Museum, Presidential Park, beautiful white mosque. It was important to me that the U.S. Embassy was nearby. The Presidential Palace and the Government House can be reached by taxi in 10 minutes, and if desired, you can walk (30-40 minutes). I had paid for accommodation with breakfast, which was offered according to the buffet system. The choice of dishes is quite sufficient, as in European hotels of this level according to the stars. The rooms have a kettle and a set (4 pcs) of various varieties of packaged tea, there is sugar. Among the disadvantages, you need to specify a poorly functioning, creaking faucet in the bathroom sink. A significant disadvantage is a non-working TV, in which "channels are not configured" and there is no opportunity to watch entertainment or news programs in the evening. Therefore, the score is reduced.

A wonderful hotel, wonderful helpful staff. We lived in early April 2024 in a Deluxe room - a luxurious bed, orthopedic mattress, comfortable sofa, refrigerator, wardrobe, table, kettle and tea utensils, a huge shower cabin, all hygiene items are updated daily. Tea, bottled drinking water - daily. Excellent sound insulation. Buffet breakfast.All the sights are within walking distance. Vacation for 5+! We thank the staff and management of the hotel for their hospitality!

A wonderful hotel. He lived in the summer of 2023 for several days in 211 rooms (at the end of the corridor on the 2nd floor). Very polite and pleasant staff, delicious breakfasts with a large selection on the buffet. There is a bar on the ground floor. There is an extensive smoking area under a canopy in front of the entrance.
The bed is huge with an excellent firm mattress. A 40-inch TV, but without broadcasting, prepare flash drives /hdmi cables or your media accounts. A large and comfortable table, a refrigerator with a freezer. A kettle, and when cleaning, they throw tea bags with sugar, a couple of mugs.
There is a very good pressure in the shower, everything is fine with the plumbing, the hair dryer is in place, as well as shampoos, toothbrushes and so on.
Slippers and towels are in the right amount, there are no bathrobes.
There is a mosquito net on the windows. The sound insulation is such that you can't hear anything from the street at all.
I got a good night's sleep, although I didn't sleep much.
The air conditioner works well, the elevator is silent, there is a cooler and a mini playground on the floor.

A great new hotel, all the furniture and finishes are new.
Wi-Fi works well in the rooms. The room has air conditioning.

A wonderful hotel both inside and out. It is located not very close to the center, but close to Independence Square, where it is not only beautiful, but also has educational museums. If the windows don't face the construction site, you can live.
- There is no safe in the room and in the hotel as a whole. I had to beg for toilet paper. The floors in the room (in the toilet) have not been washed once in a week. The breakfast is hearty, but very budget-friendly. For some reason, the payment for accommodation was taken in cash without issuing any supporting document. I had to ask for a receipt on a piece of paper.

Of the minuses: the staff did not always respond quickly to minimal requests (an extra blanket, a double bed and slept together with the child, the three of them were not very comfortable, the bath flowed - they came only the next day). The breakfasts are as simple as possible and at the same time, when they arrived at 09:30, most of the food was gone and no one tried to fix it for 30 minutes, despite the presence of guests in the hall. In general, the price/ quality corresponds.

The hotel was chosen near the location of the American embassy. We went to Astana to get a visa. The room is large and comfortable, the bed is very comfortable. Convenient location of the hotel — many attractions can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Very responsive staff, suggested where it is better to change money, where there are good cafes nearby.
The rooms are cozy, clean. It's a pity there were no bathrobes, but there are all the necessary little things if you didn't take your own (shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes).

The hotel left the most pleasant impressions. Friendly and professional staff. The room was renovated, most of all I liked the soft flooring and the fact that the batteries were always hot, on December days it was always pleasant and joyful to return to a warm room.

The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, the staff is polite. Everything would be fine, but upon arriving home I found a message (pictured). For drops of tea, they require $ 20 on a penny towel.
