I'm putting it in order:
1. Drawing up the wedding menu:
We were greeted by the administrator Julia, affably, with a smile ...
When drawing up the menu, she did not try to "sell" something, but on the contrary, she made concessions regarding the positions on the menu, allowed the salmon on the grill to be divided into several parts so that it turned out more, the duck leg was similarly allowed to be divided into 2 parts. It was also a plus that she allowed me to bring my own sausage and caviar.
The menu was made up, quite voluminous, Julia convinced that there would be enough and a lot of things would remain after the banquet. She also said that if suddenly the food would disperse quickly, then it would be possible to make additional orders without problems during the banquet, and also stressed that she would be present at the banquet to control the work of her employees, the delivery of dishes and maintain order, etc.
2. The wedding day.
At the beginning of the exit ceremony of the administrator Julia and the spirit caught cold, she left ...
Instead of 3 salads, there were only 2! And a salad with a tongue was ordered, and in the receipt, when calculating, they knocked out a salad with baked chicken, which was not there!
The meat plate was not meat, but it felt like greasy with greens, the homemade meat on the plate was warmed up!
The cheese plate looked like a dessert cheese plate!
Instead of duck legs, the whole duck soup set was fried, that is, we ordered duck legs, and served chopped duck, bony!
The krucheniki with mushrooms and meat were the size of corn!
The tender loin with tomatoes and cheese looked more like a table cue ball!
The stuffed pike was not on the table, but the waiters carried and distributed a piece to everyone, 2 of the ordered 5 portions were served, the rest of the pike apparently went to spawn!
The fish plate was not the first freshness, because of this, the fish was very salty!
When preparing the menu, it was stipulated that several hot dishes would be served at the first table, but we achieved serving at the second table, and then with difficulty!
3. The overall result!
The mood was spoiled!
The waiters took half of the dishes with them to the kitchen during the breaks, many dishes did not turn out until the end, some dishes were not the first freshness!
There was no salad with tongue at all!
And in general, not all portions of food were given out!
It's a complete mess!
Kitchen level dining room!
The only plus is a beautiful hall, which they bribe with!
The receptionist Julia did not arrive by the end of the wedding!
I CATEGORICALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND Mirage Park ! ! !
